Pros:

Inimaginável hospedagem sem tv aberta e internet. Sem suporte, sem preparação alguma. Fiquei por duas horas tentando ajuda e fui embora. Peguei hospedagem mais cara e mais preparada. Barato saiu caro, agora tenho que correr atrás do estorno.

Um ótimo apartamento, bem localizado e seguro.
Pros:

Uma experiência muito boa, o apartamento é muito bem cuidado e arrumado. Mas não tem reposição de toalhas de banho, pra quem for ficar mais de três assim, assim como eu, recomendo que leve uma toalha ou compre produto para lavar as toalhas disponibilizas pelo hotel.

Pros:

The only positive aspect of this property is its location—just a few blocks from HCor Hospital, which was convenient as I needed to be close to my father during his treatment. Unfortunately, everything else about the stay was deeply disappointing.

The apartment had a strong, unpleasant odor from the moment I arrived. The bedding provided was extremely worn out—thin, full of holes, and far from acceptable. Despite being on the 16th floor, the windows offered no acoustic insulation, so the noise from the street made it difficult to rest.

I contacted the property manager to try to cancel the second night, but they only respond via WhatsApp and refused to assist directly, insisting the cancellation had to go through Expedia. I followed their instruction, but Expedia couldn’t reach the property either—so I was forced to spend a second night in this uncomfortable and poorly maintained apartment.

I strongly recommend avoiding this property. Just a few meters away is the Tryp Paraíso Hotel—a far superior option in every way.
