Everything was simple, clean, and comfortable. Just what I wanted for a short trip. The people working here were so friendly
The room had soft lights and felt very calm good for sleeping the room was clean and cool great for relaxing
The room was clean with the comfortable bed, the attentive and friendly staff, the hotel's location was close to everything I wanted to see, hotel facilities was fantastic and feeling relaxed and impressed
Firstly, despite the hotel claiming that it was a non-smoking room, there was a strong smell of smoke in the room and the bathroom. When we raised this concern, they did change our room, but the smell persisted. To make matters worse, the bedsheets were dirty and had visible cigarette burn marks on them.
Additionally, we experienced a significant issue with the electricity—there was no power for most of the night, which made the stay even more uncomfortable. The AC didn’t work either, making it impossible to get any rest.
The hotel’s location is also far from ideal. It’s situated on a very small road, which made it impossible to get the car to the hotel door which made it even worse if you are travelling with parents or with someone who needs assistance in walking. Overall, this was a disappointing stay.
