Stanza prenotata non disponibile per overbooking.
Pros:

Nonostante avessimo chiamato la struttura il giorno dell’arrivo per concordare il pick up alla stazione dei treni all’1 di notte. Appena scesi dal treno il referente dell’hotel ci ha comunicato che la stanza da noi prenotata non era disponibile. Avevano fatto over Booking. Ci hanno quindi messi in un hotel più lontano dal centro, di peggiore qualità, e con due piccoli letti singoli.
Potevano dircelo al mattino quando avevamo telefonato e invece no, per non perdere clienti ci hanno spostati in un altro albergo.
Brutto.
Poi abbiamo concordato taxi per il mattino del giorno della partenza alle 7.15, confermato più volte con il ragazzo alla reception: ovviamente nessun taxi era fuori dall’albergo, ne’ nessuno alla reception. abbiamo dovuto chiamarlo noi rischiando di perdere il treno
