Great location
Sehr schönes hotel unf Modern . Auf der linken Seite der Wand war deutlich sichtbarer Schimmel, der sich offenbar schon lange angesammelt hatte. Aufgrund des unangenehmen Geruchs waren wir gezwungen, unsere Schlafrichtung zu ändern, um ihn nicht direkt einzuatmen.
Ansonsten fanden wir es sehr ruhig und schön in der nähe gab es 7 Eleven und Restaurants.
Great place!
Looks like a fairly new hotel, and a beautiful mountain view from my balcony. Lot's of places to eat and drink nearby though the hotel was peaceful and quiet. The only negatives are the showers which swing from hot to cold, and a poorly designed tiolet. No shower door to keep the water away from the rest of the toilet, and 2 tiny steps which I stubbed my toes on.

Really liked this property- nice quiet location yet close to shops bars and restaurants, good size rooms comfy beds, great staff. Excellent base to explore Ao nang and the area.
Great stay and only negative is that I agree with other reviews that the bathroom was a bit smelly! (Sewage smell on and off) but hey it’s Thailand and that’s just what happens occasionally

Thoroughly enjoyed my stay. Customer service & housekeeping were excellent. Housekeeping changed my towels daily. The only two cons I had were: (1) the water from shower leaked onto floor because the glass divider didn’t extend far enough, & (2) there were intermittent strong sewer-like smells from the bathroom. Aside from that I definitely recommend this place.
Overall, this new hotel is good. Only downside is it’s a bit far to walk to the beach, about 23 minutes.
Another bad thing is there are no hooks in the BR to hang your towel. There’s really nowhere to put your towell. Also, water leaks from the glass divider into the rest of the BR floor. For a new construction, this is not good.
