Pros:

저희 가족은 너무 좋았습니다. 걸어서 몇분 안 되는 곳에 편의점이 있어요. 세탁기가 있으니 쓰실 분들은 세제를 가져가세요! 무인이지만 체크인도 한국인분이 해주셔서 쉬웠고 소통도 빨리됩니다! 예약어플로 문의 하면 이메일로 답이 오는데 답을 빨리해주십니다. 울림이 좀 있어서 예민하신분은 주의하셔야 할 것 같아요! 제가 묵은 방은 위층에 어린이2명이 있는 가족이여서 발소리 울림이 있었어요. 여기 여행 온다면 또 방문할것 같아요.

すぐそばにコンビニがあり、烏賊の生き作りで名店「玄洋」まで歩ける。立地はとても良い。
タッチパネルでのチェックインは通信環境が悪く何度も途切れ時間がかかった。通信環境は改善点だと思う。宿泊の説明は通信環境が悪いのに拙い日本語で説明され、何もわからなかった。音声ガイドでも良いのかもしれない。
ようやくチェックインが終わると部屋のトイレは流されていない紙。掃除シートだとは思うが。ソファには前泊者のものと思われる綿棒。
その事をフロントにメールすると「不快な思いをさせ申し訳ありません、他に何かありますか」とＡＩとの心のない会話。
新しい施設で設備はとてもいいです。ただ、それだけです。
