Pros:

We had an amazing stay at Social Hub Rome. The staff at the rooftop bar was so amazing, especially the one bartender was so nice and knowledgeable. He absolutely made our stay memorable and would be the reason we came back to your establishment as he made us feel like we were home. The front desk staff was extremely helpful and the morning breakfast and other facilities were great.

Pros:

The check-in at the hotel is automated, so there isn’t much staff at the reception. However, whenever you interact with the employees, they are really friendly and welcoming. I found the rooms comfortable and well-maintained, and the hotel grounds are beautiful—perfect for relaxing.

The only small downside is the location: the hotel can be a bit far from main attractions, so it’s handy to get around by tram, bus, bike, or scooter. This can get a bit repetitive if you want to go out often.

Overall, I had a great stay. I especially appreciated the thoughtful touch they gave for our couple’s anniversary, which made the experience even more enjoyable.

The staff was amazing very friendly and super helpful. We enjoyed having our cafe at the bar every morning. The rooftop patio was amazing. We didn’t get a chance to go in the pool but it was very nice. I really recommend this hotel!

Pros:

Such a perfect stay. After initially booking a room in central Rome we decided to change as we wanted something with a pool that was affordable.
We had the best time. Although the pool and sun beds were in high demand we managed to get a space each day.
We enjoyed the restaurant on site twice but didn’t eat at the pizzeria next door.
We used uber to get in and out of Rome centre each day - it saved a lot of time and hassle trying to work out the transport system after seeing varied reviews.
The tram opposite was super loud although couldn’t be heard from inside the hotel room.
Would 100% recommend staying here and we’d return to this hotel if we were to visit again and would also seek the same brand in alternative countries.

Pros:

Hotel was ok, staff friendly, had to ask for housekeeping first night, coffee capsules did not get refilled, laundry service at hotel was ok but could only use one machine at a time, I get one washer or dryer, but you could only use the washer, then the dryer, we had a couple loads to do so had to wait until dryer had finished before using washing machine. The pizza restaurant on site was really good, best pizza I ate whilst in Rome, a nice restaurant 10 minute walk away, felt safe but a few homeless people around the area.

Pros:

Before travelling to Italy I’d never heard of or stayed in any Social Hub Hotels, but I have to say that I’m now a fan!

The location in Rome is a bit out of the way, and is a 15-20 minute walk from the main railway station, though you can also get a short tram ride down to the hotel as well.

In spite of this the hotel is set back off the main road and is secluded in gated grounds that make it very private and it more than makes up for its location with its friendly staff, high standard of facilities, including clean rooms with all the mod cons you’d expect, and a stunning roof top bar and pool.

I can also recommend the pizzeria adjoining the hotel too, which offered some fantastic food and was clearly busy with the locals and guests of the hotel, shared working space facilities etc.

Pros:

It's ok. Clean and efficient but not in a convenient location for tourism. We were late booking so it was the only option available and we made it work. For the money you save on the nightly rate you will spend on cabs. Public transportation is limited. The pool is great, but it's really crowded and has very limited seating. 50% of staff were outstanding and the other 50% were not.

Pros:

I didn't like the fact that when i was leaving the hotel to get on the train to go somewhere else they knew about the strike on the train services and didn't suggested anything about leaving earlier that way i wouldn't missed my train that i already have paid for.not only that a day before a nice guy who was the only nice person in the hotel was patient to helped me out t9 buy my ticket online in order to guarantee my travels. I woke up at 7 am my train have to depart at 10:50am i went downstairs communicate to the guy in front and explained to him the situation about the strike and what he said to me was this. No worried the train station is 10 minutes from here. I still decided to leave at 10:00 am then everything starts there taxy never arrived to pick me up for like 25 minutes came back inside and told him about. And he said there's nothing i can do for you sorry. After i asked him earlier in the morning about leaving right away. Then he said i should be fine. He basically made me feel like i was bothering him. I didn't like the way the communicate with me. It was jot about losing my money it was more about experience vacations in italy.
