Pros:

Room was is good condition and staff was courteous. Location is excellent. The breakfast we had was amazing although limited. On a flip side it's not easy to locate the property and its definely not cozy . It's bit overpriced for the services provided. We paid around 5k for one night breakfast inclusive and in non peak season.

Pros:

Excellent.
Good breakfast.
Helpful and friendly staff.
Quiet location near to beach.
Plenty of restaurants/bars nearby.
Kitchen staff will prepare evening meals if a notice is given.
I will definitely use this hotel next time I’m in Goa and would recommend this hotel to all.
