Hidden gem for half the price
Pros:

The entire place is top class. Loves it. Total hidden gem.

Schönes Hotel mit kleinen Mängeln
Pros:

Wir hatten ein Poolzimmer, es war grundsätzlich ganz schön. Frühstück war lecker, leider sehr laut und teilweise zu wenig Platz oft mussten wir warten oder einmal wurden wir gebeten unsere Sachen zu holen und mit nach unten zu nehmen.

Cons:

Die Lage war naja, zum Strand musste man über eine relativ gefährliche Straße vor allem mit Kind schwierig. Die Deluxe Poolzimmer waren schön aber es war etwas seltsam weil man direkt in den Pool fällt wenn man zur Balkontür raus geht. Der Poolrand müsste ab und zu gereinigt werden, der war bei uns ganz schwarz. Kein Balkon oder ähnliches um etwas aufzuhängen, an manchen Stellen Fehlkonstruktion aber ein schönes Hotel mit netten Leuten.
Am Hügel gebaut daher teils steile Wege, aber es gäbe so Golfcars.

Pros:

Staff excellent and room upgraded for free as we arrived so late after cancelled flights

Cons:

Only downside is steep inclines and steps but it’s set in a cliff side so what do you expect!

Все понравилось !шткарный отель .персонал приветливый!оставила телефон в такси и охранник оказывается с фоткал номер машины которая нас привезла и благодаря этому мне вернули телефон .🫶🏼спасибо большое !сами звонили таксисту ,сами его нашли и принесли мне телефон!это очень приятно!нще раз большое спасибо

Comfortable stay, Great service & Staff
Pros:

Location right next to Cafe Del Mar & very friendly staff. I forgot my wallet at the reception and received a call to pick it back up just in time, allowing me to reach the airport.

Cons:

The staff was uncooperative. We were told that the suite we had originally booked was not available. We had no choice but to downgrade to a room though we had paid for a suite. Housekeeping services were below average.

Horrible value for money
Pros:

Spacious room. Newly renovated.

Cons:

They have an app, but no staff to fix stuff. Check in checkout takes 20 mins each. Staff doesn’t care you’re waiting or not, rather chit chat at the check in desk. Service to the beach is only every hour and always fully booked so you end up not having that service at all. Honestly the manager of the hotel must be managing a hotel for the first time in his life.

Новый отель, светлый чистый современный номер, очень вежливый и отзывчивый персонал. В номере есть все, что необходимо.

Cons:

Низкий уровень воды в бассейне, не включали подсветку вечером.
Три раза заказывали тарелки, вилки и лед. Заказ принимали, но так и не выполнили.

Beautiful hotel with clean and comfortable rooms, but service consistency and guest management need improvement.
Pros:

The hotel is visually beautiful, and the rooms are clean, spacious, and comfortable. The lobby staff, security team, and the buggy drivers were very friendly, welcoming, and helpful during our stay.

Cons:

The air conditioning system was difficult to control. Even when we set a specific temperature, it would suddenly become extremely cold and seemed to adjust on its own. The door lock system was also confusing, as it made a strange alarm sound unless locked in a certain way, and this was not clearly explained.

The breakfast experience was disappointing. The buffet selection was quite limited, and the breakfast staff appeared unfriendly and unwelcoming. This was surprising, as this is not our first time visiting Phuket, and we have never experienced such service before.

Additionally, the hotel entrance is confusing for taxi drivers. Many drivers accidentally enter the parking area, and clearer signage would be very helpful.

We also witnessed a guest shouting at one of the buggy drivers. Regardless of the situation, hotel management should ensure that staff are treated with respect. Employees are there to provide service, but they should never be exposed to disrespectful behavior.

Don’t buy tours from reception desk its expensive
