Room clean and nice, hotel is full of bad vibe mass tourism people. Didn’t feel the vibe.
Pros:

The room was very nice and clean. Also shuttle service between the room and reception were nice.

Cons:

Too many unfriendly (Russian and Chinese) people. Absolute chaos at the breakfast and compared to other Wyndham hotels really underwhelming. Staff always seemed annoyed, which I actually understand seeing with what kind of people they have to deal with every day.

Also there is not enough sunbeds at the pool area.

All in all seems like a mass tourism hotel.

Very relaxing
Pros:

We had room only, it was clean large area, the staff were so helpful as we requested to move rooms due to been at the front and the traffic noise was load, they were so helpful and understanding.

Cons:

Very limited menu in both the restaurant and pool bar. We ate at the restaurant, and the food was good standard, not excellent and the pool bar from memory only had a choice of 1 sandwich (club) could maybe change this as most people would prefer snacks for lunch instead of a full meal (curry on the menu)

I had such a lovely stay at Wyndham Garden Phuket Kamala and would absolutely recommend it.

From the moment I arrived, everything felt easy and welcoming. The room was spotless, beautifully maintained, and the bed was incredibly comfortable — I slept so well every night. One of my favourite parts was how easy it was to access the swimming pool; it made the whole experience feel really relaxed and seamless.

The hotel layout is quite spread out, so I did rely on the buggy service quite a bit — but honestly, that ended up being such a positive. The buggy system down to the lobby was super convenient and always available when I needed it.

Breakfast was another highlight. There were so many delicious options to choose from, and it was such a nice way to start the day.

A special thank you to the concierge team, especially Air and Baitoey, who were incredibly kind and helpful. I was a bit stressed about my checkout and travel back to Australia, and they made the whole process feel smooth and easy, which I really appreciated.

Even on a rainy day, I found myself completely content — staying in, watching Netflix, and just enjoying the comfort of the room. It was the perfect place to unwind and relax.

Overall, such a wonderful stay. I’d happily come back again 💛

Hôtel bien placé, mais pas très équipé pour les P MR
Pros:

Les chambres sont spacieuses et confortables. La prime est bien, mais il y a des petits problèmes de rénovation.

Cons:

Le personnel de la Piscine est catastrophique, ils sont pas du tout accueillant et à l'écoute des clients ils parlent entre eux et pas du tout réceptif à la propreté et aux serviettes de la piscine

It was a wonderful stay and definitely great value for money
Pros:

I had a very pleasant stay at Wyndham Garden Phuket Kamala. The staff were professional, friendly, and always ensured guests felt well taken care of.

The hotel is new, with clean and well-prepared rooms. The pool area is nice with convenient towel service, and the drinks are good quality at reasonable prices.
Dinner offers great value with a good variety of options.

The location is convenient, close to Café Del Mar and the Kamala night market, with a helpful shuttle service to the beach. Even when the shuttle was full, the staff arranged an extra round for guests.

Highly recommended, and I would definitely stay again.

Truly relaxing, quiet and understated sophisticated and luxurious rooms and facilities
Pros:

The location is superb, close enough to walk easily to Kamala Beach and the wonderful restaurants. The resort is quiet and private, staff were so friendly and attentive, nothing was too much trouble. Extended late check out at our request which was very appreciated!

Morgenmaden var rigtig god og alsidig.

Jeg følte mig isoleret; manglede grønne områder at sidde ved.

Cons:

På mit værelse var der et udendørs soppebassin med udsigt over vandet. Det kunne jeg ikke bruge til noget. Jeg villehellere have haft en terrasse med bord og stole, hvor jeg kunne nyde vejret.

Schönes Hotel mit kleinen Mängeln
Pros:

Wir hatten ein Poolzimmer, es war grundsätzlich ganz schön. Frühstück war lecker, leider sehr laut und teilweise zu wenig Platz oft mussten wir warten oder einmal wurden wir gebeten unsere Sachen zu holen und mit nach unten zu nehmen.

Cons:

Die Lage war naja, zum Strand musste man über eine relativ gefährliche Straße vor allem mit Kind schwierig. Die Deluxe Poolzimmer waren schön aber es war etwas seltsam weil man direkt in den Pool fällt wenn man zur Balkontür raus geht. Der Poolrand müsste ab und zu gereinigt werden, der war bei uns ganz schwarz. Kein Balkon oder ähnliches um etwas aufzuhängen, an manchen Stellen Fehlkonstruktion aber ein schönes Hotel mit netten Leuten.
Am Hügel gebaut daher teils steile Wege, aber es gäbe so Golfcars.
