Pros:

I had very hard time with them first thing they didn’t. Answer phone call no Matter what you do. When I trying to check in. they didn’t found my reservation I had show them email order to get checked in. they’re surprised how I make reservations online they didn’t know that. I think needs more robust communication with guests
