Pros:

I would love to give property five stars because it checks a lot of boxes. However, this is on me, it was not meant for four adult people. It would be great for three adults but I added a fourth after I booked and it was just to small. That is on me, not them. The other thing that holds me back is that can be very noisy after 9PM on the weekends and even some week nights.

What I loved about the property:
1) Very easy access to the subway. You don't have to be a rocket scientist to learn how to use the subway. Paris has a great subway system that is cheap and easy to get around.
2) The location. We were just minutes from Notre Dame Cathedral and the Louvre Museum, and really not that far from the Eiffel Tower either.
3) There were several restaurant in the area and that was a great help after a long day.
4) Grocery stores near by, and I have to say, many of the prices for groceries were cheaper than the US.
5) The staff was very helpful before I left the US and after I got there. They even gave us a bottle of champagne for a gift!
6) The property itself was well maintained and cleaned. The shower was great!

I give this property 4 and a half stars!
