Clean room, helpful friendly staff

This property use to be an assisted living facility. The foyer and dining room are decorated pretty. The rooms need some extra care like all the linoleum and cleanup the gross marks on the wall!

Parking, as other indicators proved, is NOT designed for hotel, but other purposes.... ??? My impression was that this facility was designed and built as a nursing home/independent living facility.... My room had some EXTREMELY NOISY "tenants" directly upstairs. The noise suddenly stopped at 11:00 pm

Rooms are clean and comfortable, but the warmth and friendliness (and excellent problem-solving skills) of the front desk staff is what makes this place great.

The building is very plain looking on the outside, but super nice and clean on the inside. No pool, which I like, because it generally means a lot less kids running around. I got an awesome room for $68 including taxes and fees.

A converted nursing home. Big room. Big fridge. Nice bed. Game room. Fitness room. Eggs florentine, bacon and french toast breakfast. Very nice place for the price!

This hotel was just perfect for my dog and me. The rooms are very large and comfortable. I wish the shower had better water pressure and bigger towels. The building needs some renovations, but everything was very clean with plenty of nice decorations (some still had price tags!) Plenty of room for walking dogs outside, but some areas are loaded with "goat head" thorns, so be careful. I really appreciate the kitchenette in the room, and breakfasts were great! So much fresh fruit and the burritos were wonderful!
There are a lot of extra amenities like a well stocked library, toys for kids, fruit infused ice water in the lobby, etc. The staff was very friendly, pleasant and always helpful.
The rooms are not very sound proofed; we had a party across the hall and a couple who wasn't looking for a restful night in the room next door, but the hotel can't be faulted for that.
We will definitely stay here again.

If I could give the staff a 10, I would. They were so accommodating, friendly and helpful, making sure all of our needs were met. The rooms were somewhat dated with marked furniture but clean. They did have a full refrigerator with freezer which was convenient also.

Looks like it used to be a nursing home, so rooms are very spacious and nice. Staff was very friendly, hotel looked in good condition. Would recommend, ill probably end up staying here again in the future.

The handicapped parking up front had cars with no placards displayed, had to park in back and walk around to front to get in.

Very nice place. Trees on the side parking lot need to be trimed up and they need more lighting there.
