Pros:

The property is in a perfect location, easily walkable to all places of interest. The staff were friendly and helpful.
This property is more like small apartments as supposed to being a proper hotel. There is no reception. Luckily the nice man in the hotel opposite helped me with my check-in. Unfortunately I had to wait for 40mins while my room was cleaned and then discovered that I had to go to another hotel for breakfast. But this was only a few minutes away and the breakfast is not bad. Had a problem with the WiFi and shower but this was resolved the next day. The shower also doesn't have a screen, so you are left with a giant puddle. Came back one evening and couldn't get into the building. They had installed a digital entry system and not informed me. Had to wait 20mins for the key at the other hotel.
Once all the issues had been resolved, the stay was actually quite pleasant. Pay a bit extra and get one of the bigger rooms upstairs. Cleaning standards could be improved, but overall the place is quite pleasant.

Pros:

In old city i just recommend this hotel for stay. Small but very great stay. Actually im first time in Baku but i never seen hotel in the world like this. Service was very high level. Design and breakfast meal. I can tell too many good things about them.

I like this hotel aura. Cause it is so old style hotel in Old City. I loved Baku's design with modern and historical style. Recommend to everyone.

Pros:

Loved everything about this hotel - spotlessly clean rooms, super comfortable beds, and such a central location! The staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome, always smiling and helpful. Delicious breakfast with fresh local products every morning.
