I absolutely love this hotel. It was very reasonably priced and yet extremely safe, well guarded. There was noise from roosters and dogs through the night, but I don’t really care too much about that. It was unreal value for the amount of money.

They advertised a pool that’s still under construction. The road going in floods. The hotel is amazing staff is great.
Noise from any floor echoes thru entire building due to open stairwell. Between construction, dogs barking and roosters, very little quiet time. Poor service at dinner. Sat for 15 minutes surrounded by servers and never got to order. No staff present at all during lunch hour. Shower pipes had a massive leak. TV instructions in Korean were hard to understand . Friendly staff was the only nice part of the stay.
This property is a gem very beautiful and well maintained the restaurant on the roof is amazing its a must see .the only downfall is the location .
Everything was fine, except access to taxis. Not going to blame the hotel on this, but some taxi drivers didn’t know where the hotel was. But otherwise, it was a great state at this hotel.
Manager Princes Very friendly and she take care even tiny things too. That was awesome also other staff good and responsible . No More any negative comment needed . All Good I highly recomend . Thank you.

Hotel is new, and clean. Staff are very helpful. The location is somewhat located in residential area, away from a busy streets. 20 minutes drive from the airport.
The rooftop resteraunt is spectacular and the rooms are very reasonable for the level of quality. We paid 4 times as much for a similar hotel near the airport.
Nice place if it’s cheap and you don’t stay on weekends or use laundry service
Friendly and professional staff, although clean the facilities are poorly functioning with drains clogging easily and doors needing to be jerked closed do to misalignment. Although poor water services seem to be common in the Philippines
The party space on the roof is a nuisance on weekends as even thought I had a room on the second floor I could hear the loud music on the sixth.
Also as a side note do not use laundry services for your clothes. Whoever they have uses an abrasive detergent and also doesn’t properly rinse it out after washing. I can rub a light sheen of it off under my fingers so I assume they barely rinsed it. It caused me to get a rash anywhere the laundered cloths touched my skin

-ROOM Awesome was excellent above expected space for studio, very well done.
- Every other factor was a problem. I was a solo traveler for business, i made sure there was a restaurant on my section and place i may need to use during the day for work if i don't go to the client site.
- There was indeed a restaurant but it was unavailable to me during the day as i was a “ solo dinning , and setting up to work at the tables with computer was not allowed unless i did not mind the AC being off the entire time . “
-All my meals “ would need to be taken my room “ there was no seating allowed for that before 5pm .
- The ktv set up that is apart of the marketing for the place is not actually included and not geared for small groups of 1-2 , yet you see it when you book and it seems really cool to do some karaoke after dinner you and a one other maybe after s long day . ( not the case )
I stayed the first night only and left the next morning and booked a place closer to IT Park that i can use doing the day freely if i choose solo dining or set up to work freely without it being a problem. I went back to the hotel day before my flight because it is closer to the airport.
If i was in and out the hotel would have been more than adequate, the room alone made it so. I booked for seven days while working with clients during the day . The long stay proved to be not a good choice .
