Pros:

I didn't get any shuttle service to bring me to the shopping mall, breakfast not nice and didn't get to have any facilities in the hotel. Swimming pool looks yellowish.

Very good service, very close to Shanghai Disneyland, with free morning and evening shuttle buses provided. Breakfast was very plentiful, delicious and fresh, with a free laundry room, massage chairs, foot bath tubs, very thoughtful. The staff were very friendly, and the location was also very good. Travel was very convenient, and shopping outside was also convenient. It is worth recommending

A lovely stay
Pros:

So anyone that was looking to stay close to Disney Shanghai without staying on Disney property, this place is perfect. With free transfers to and from the park, and a delicious Chinese breakfast to start the day it was great.
I stayed in a mezzanine style room and it was lovely. The TV is complicated to understand and I needed to use a translator app.
The staff all use translator apps to chat with but it’s fine. It was hard to find as the name of the hotel is purely Chinese on the building. Get some clear directions from the hotel if you are staying there first in Chinese as my Taxi from the airport got lost.

The hotel is very good, the environment is clean, the service is warm and attentive, very careful to prepare toothbrushes, toothpaste, slippers and so on for children, the toiletries for adults are also very complete, shampoo, shower gel and hair dryer are very useful. The design concept of the hotel is also very loving. There is a pair of love swimming pools on the entrance platform, which symbolizes heart to heart. There are not only children's exclusive castle rooms and Disney theme character rooms, but also theme princess skirts for children around their respective themes.Room names such as who is together, gratitude and surprise are also very warm and sunny, full of meaning of harmony and beauty. We stayed in the family room, which not only has an adult bedroom, but also has an exclusive building block entertainment area for children. Adults and children are very happy and satisfied. Not only that, the hotel also provides free shuttle service to Pudong Airport and Disney shuttle service, which is very thoughtful and convenient. Also, there are many food courts near the hotel, and we ate barbecue snacks near the hotel after we came back from Disney. A very satisfying experience. Would stay here again. 💕
