I had a deeply frustrating and dishonest experience with this hotel.
Before my trip, I contacted them to arrange an airport pickup. Instead of helping, they told me to cancel my Expedia booking because they “don’t accept online payments.” They insisted I cancel and pay them directly — a tactic clearly intended to cheat the Expedia system. They lure customers in with low prices online, then pressure you to cancel at the last minute, when it’s difficult to find an alternative. This way, they avoid paying Expedia any commission and charge you a higher price directly — you lose all platform discounts, protections, and benefits.
I refused to cancel until I arrived and saw the shocking reality: the hotel was poorly located, unclean, and nothing like the listing. They gave my family and me a filthy room completely different from what I booked. Again, they told me to cancel and promised a refund. I asked Expedia to cancel, but the hotel then demanded I pay 80 euros for one night — which was outrageous for the condition of the room.
After paying, I left immediately and booked a better hotel. But Grace Hotel never approved the refund. They took my money and failed to deliver any of the agreed services.
To make things worse, Expedia couldn’t help either — they didn’t even have a working contact number for the hotel, only a personal WhatsApp number.
This hotel is running a scam. If I could give less than zero stars, I would.

Naja zum ubernachten ist ea ausreichend

Es ist ein kleines und unübersichtliches Hotel wo man das Frühstück auf das Zimmer gebracht bekommt weil es gibt kein Frühstücksraum aber reichhaltiges Frühstück und in jedem Zimmer ist eine kleine Kochnische mit Stühlen und einem Tisch, Kühlschrank und Wasserkocher sowie Geschirr. Uns hat einfach der extrem niedrige Preis angesprochen weil wir jemand sind die Duschen und Schlafen ansonsten sind wir immer unterwegs und müssen keinen hohen Komfort in einem Hotel haben und hierzu ist dieses Hotel absolut optimal gewesen. Es war sauber, alle waren freundlich und haben uns letztendlich sogar nachts um 4 Uhr noch ein Taxi organisiert, wenn wir wieder dort sind fällt das in unsere engere Wahl wenn wir auf der Seite von Istanbul sind

Good hotel, very quiet at this time. Need to remember to the staff when you want your breakfast specially the Sunday morning. Otherwise, all was perfect for us.

The staff's interest and kindness was very good. Our satisfaction was integrated with the comfort of our room and the delicious breakfast. The facility is in a quiet, noiseless, safe location. With all these positive experiences we have had, we give full points and recommend it.

O cafe da manha e uma badeija com pao pepino tomate azeitona preta e ricota. Um cafe turco sempre igual. A maquina de roupa esta quebrada a roupa de banho tem que pedir uma limpa. O lugar e perto da Av principal mais meio escuro para chegar tem sempre um mercadinho aberto perto. Restaurantes bons tb na area pessoal do apartamento e bem agradavel.

Fiyatına göre iyi bir konaklama.

O endereco que conta para o google e do outro lado da rua deu o maior problema para conseguir chegar a propriedade . Tentem mudar isso por favor . Cafe e servido no quarto sem veriedade uma bendeija pao ovo tomates pepino. Poderiam melhorar lugar meio escuro mais perto de tudo. Nao fazem limpeza e nem trocam as roupas de cama e banho. Mais e bom. Quarto sem tv.
