Pros:

This so-called “hotel” is a complete scam. They contacted me after I booked, asking me to cancel the reservation myself because of major construction, flooding, and full closure of the facility. They promised a refund “as soon as they received the cancellation.”

It’s been over a week, and I’ve received nothing, no refund, no response, and no proof that the place even exists. I’m now stuck in a long, frustrating process trying to get my money back through legal and bank channels.

Please don’t fall for this. The listing is misleading, communication is deceptive, and you will likely lose your money just like I did. Avoid at all costs!

Pros:

J'ai réservé une chambre dans cet hôtel la veille de mon arrivée. Une fois sur place le lendemain, il n'y a pas de réception, l'immeuble est affreux. Lorsque je tente de contacter le propriétaire, celui-ci me répond qu'il n'y a plus de place, alors que ma réservation a été confirmée la veille. Je remercie cependant Hotels.com qui a su être à l'écoute, réactif et procéder au remboursement. L'agent qui m'a pris en charge a été efficace.
