Enjoyed stay. Very helpful staff and rooms were comfortable

When I booked this property on the Expedia site i put close to the Vatican and I got 1.7 or 1.17 kms to the Vatican this property is in no mans land . it cost me min of $39 to $52 each way by uber and around $55 average for 4 trips to the airport.
On the first day went down and no breakfast was available as said to us to be ready by 7am as had a booking for the Vatican.
Tried ringing Expedia but only automated machine feed back,I believe it is a disgrace that you do not have a supprt.when you spend once in a life time for a holiday.
The money I spent on Uber was shocking as the location of the hotel and could do nothing as Expedia had no support.
Itried driffent way of trying to talk to a human.

I guess you get what you pay for. The staff were absolutely brilliant. It was very basic. Tiny room, tiny shower, tiny bathroom and breakfast was basic. Location! Luckily we rented a car. This hotel is 30 minutes drive away from the centre of Rome. Unless you pay astronomical prices for a taxi, you will be stuck. (55 Euros one way). There are no buses or trains within walking distance. There are no nice restaurants around the area and your view will be urban residential flats. So if you want cheaper, this is the hotel to get in the short fall. But you will pay a lot more in long run with hidden costs, travel expenses and food.

Es un hotel tranquilo y limpio como a 15 minutos del Vaticano en taxi. Tiene elevador, desayuno pequeño incluido. Solo hay que tener cuidado con la hora del check in ya que a las 11 pm es lo máximo para llegar.

Loved the place.
Two problems for me, but may not be for others.
It's out in the burbs.
There is no bus stop nearby.
The metro is pretty far away.
If you drive or don't mind taxis, then this place is great.
The breakfast was amazing.

5 nuits superbes, la chambre était équipée de la clim, ce qui a été très utile avec la chaleur de Rome en plein mois de juin. Salle de bain au top, tout était propre. Nous avions même un petit frigo dans la chambre ainsi qu'un placard évidemment. Les petits déjeuners compris dans la formule étaient assez complet, permettant de démarrer la journée le ventre plein. L'emplacement est aussi assez bien, nous avions une place de parking, et nous étions à proximité de commodité et transport en commun sans être dans le centre avec toute la circulation

As soon as we entered the room, a musty, moldy smell was immediately noticeable. The windows were wide open when we first came in, suggesting that the staff was aware of the odor. The bathroom was dirty, and there was black mold on the wall. The toilet seat was so loose that it was barely resting in place. The exterior blinds didn’t work, so a thin, non-opaque curtain was the only form of privacy. Every morning at 8 a.m., loud sirens would go off, and in general, the hotel room was very noisy. Breakfast was also quite sparse. On the positive side, there was good parking available and the beds were relatively comfortable.

Our rooms had a very odd layout.
Light switches hidden behind the door, bed in a narrow alcove, no seating in front of TV.
But, quiet location, large garden as well as roof terrace, and the breakfast was generous and fresh.

Parcheggio e il silenzio

Accoglienza gentilissima. L'unico problema, anche se non da poco,è stato quello di aver trovato occupata la stanza che aveva l'accesso al bagno in sedia a rotelle,necessità che era stata fatta presente in sede di prenotazione (si fa presente che nella stanza dataci era presente una porta che permetteva l'entrata in bagno di una larghezza che poteva creare difficoltà anche ad una persona senza problemi motori.

L'esperienza è stata positiva, camera spaziosa e colazione molto buona. La doccia però non ha sempre l'acqua calda

Overall it was a good experience. Spacious and clean room with a window above the lovely garden, which is a refugee compared to the busy, chaotic streets in Rome.
Receptionists speak English and are very helpful. Restaurants and stores are within short walking distance.
The only drawback is that you have to take the bus and then metro to central Rome. However, the bus ride is short and the metro is very frequent. If you want to save money and have a decent and safe place to stay, this is one.

The atmosphere was very relax and peaceful.
Very spacious, confortable and clean.
You will need a car to get to center of Rome
But we took public transportation and it was
Perfect !!! I did not have to deal with traffic or parking

bon rapport qualité prix, un peu excentré le bus du retour le soir ne vous arrete jamais à la bonne station!personnel trés agréable est disponible!

hôtel bien desservi par le bus et le métro pour se rendre à rome situé donc à 1/2 heure.
personnel prêt à rendre service et femme qui s'occupe des petits déjeuners très sympa.
dommage que des clients ne soient pas respectueux des autres car bruyants trés tard la nuit.

amazon price plus you get free parking in rome, location not so good if u don't have a car.
