Tutulan oda ve verilen oda tamamen farklıydı.
Pros:

Kesinlikle berbattı. Balkonlu oda tuttuk balkonsuzdu ayrı oturma yeri yoktu kettle fön makinası vs yoktu. Tuttuğumuz da ile alakası yoktu. Aracım arıza yaptığı için mecburen kaldım rezervasyon iptali yapamadım. Mağduruz.

Odaları güzel fakat geri kalan herşey çok kötü çok saçma bir sistem kurulmuş yemekler güzel değil havuz boyu fazla uzun havuz başında içtiklerin paralı asansör sürekli bozuk sadece kahvaltısı güzel ben hiç beğenmedim bidaha gitmeyeceğim bir yer

Ailecek çok güzel bi tatil geçirdik çalışanlar çok ilgiliydi. Otelin yeri denize ulaşımı kaldığımız oda her şey çok güzeldi. Yemekler ve kahvaltı harikaa açık büfe şeklinde ve çok lezzetliydi her şey uygun fiyata çok güzel bi otelde tatil yaptık.Tüm personele teşekkür ederiz.

Personel yetersizliği var, otele girilince otel hakkında bilgi verilir ( yemek saati, kahvaltı saati, plaj durumu vs.) hiçbir bilgi verilmeden bodoslama odaya yerleştirildik

Otelde yonetim-organizasyon eksikligi...
Pros:

Genel olarak ilk giriste oda temizdi. Fakat kaldigimiz 4 gun boyunca oda temizligi icjn gelen-soran olmadi. Havlu ve tuvalet kagidi istedik, getirilmedi. Otelin yemek icin acik bufe demesine ragmen yemek cesitliligi cok sınırlı idi.. yemege erken gitmez iseniz temiz masa ve bazi cesitleri bulamiyorsunuz... yemek ortami hijyen yonunden problemli..
Personel olumlu, ellerinden geleni yapiyorlar.
Fakat musteri memnuniyetini gözeten bir yonetim eksikligi mevcut...

Pros:

Temizlik olsun, güler yüz olsun, yemekler ve manzarası gayet güzeldi. Su akşamları fazla sıcak olmadığı için akşamları jakuziyi kullanma fırsatı olmadı ama gündüz kullanılabilir.
