Our entire experience was wonderful from check in to check out. Customer service is EXCELLENT- Tugee, Hoseyin, Torig and Sonar were the BEST. The room is very spacious and the location is great. Breakfast was included and Tugce made the best hot tea. We would HIGHLY recommend this hotel and will stay again if ever in Istanbul.

Clean, comfortable and rooms with ocean view. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Ahmet is very knowledgeable and helpful. I would recommend this place to family and friends when visiting Istanbul.

Otele giriş saati 14:00 olarak gözüküyordu fakat ben 16:00 da gittim ve odam hala hazır değildi. Alel ade bir temizlik yapılarak oda teslim edildi. Ayrıca oda içerisinde bulunab jakuzinin alt kısmında elektrik kablosu açık şekilde bırakılmıştı. Herhangi bir su ve nem durumunda kısa devre yapma ihtimali çok yüksek. Zemin seramik döşenmiş fakat kaydırmaz özelliği yok düşüp kolumu ve bacağımı vurdum.
Ben çok memnun kaldım oda çevresi konforu manzarası ulaşımı yeme içme herşey çok yakın ve ulaşılabilir konumda idi güvenilirlik bakımından da muhteşem ötesi güler yüz ilgi alaka çok memnun kalarak ayrıldım.
Bi daha ki seçimim bundan sonra siz olacaksınız.

Booked two junior suites one for ourselves and one for parents. This property is more like apartments rather than hotel, but does have a 24 hours front desk, Ahmed who is the manager is courteous and attentive and approachable.
Breakfast is alright and decent, if you need omelette you will have to ask and it will be prepared. Limited options otherwise. Female staff at breakfast counter has limited understanding of English.
Junior suite have two types of views one with front Bosphorus view which is very beautiful but other junior suites have side street view (not nice at all). Suites themself are well made and spacious, kitchenette does not have any utensils, which defeats the purpose of having a kitchen and stove, as you can’t cook anything.
Front of the hotel just outside main entrance needs work doing it has uneven stony path and stairs without proper railings etc (you will have to climb these stairs from roadside to reach upto the hotel entrance, so not suitable for elderly or people with disabilities.
Overall I enjoyed my stay here but was not impressed when we had to stay 3nights with good view but 3 nights in side street view (this should be clearly mentioned in description or shown in pictures so that people know what to expect when booking).
This is a new property conveniently located in a quieter part of Besiktas, close to the ferries and buses, making it convenient to get around, but without the noisiness of the central strip. The room itself was huge - a suite with separate sitting room and kitchenette and everything was very clean and well kept. The staff were friendly and as a solo female traveler I felt very safe saying there. Because it’s new there were still some building materials outside on the patio, but as I didn’t use it, this wasn’t a problem.
