The last two days of our stay. The hose keeping team didn’t leave enough of towels and wash clothes for our party. One day they left one and the next they left two.
This place treated you like a king and gueen. The breakfast was as healthy as you wanted. The dinner they feed you was also great plus each person got 3 mixed drinks per night. All you really had to worry about was your lunch. This is a great place to stay.
Enjoyed our stay& staff where awesome. Clean rooms, great breakfast & dinner.
Everything is brand new, clean and comfortable
We stayed in a king suite room 618 and were very disappointed. We could not use our personal data in the room and could not recieve or send phone calls or get on the internet. You are forced to use their wifi in order to get service. Also the view from our room was horrible. We had the view of 2 portapotties and a dumpster! We paid good money to get a two room suite and was greeted with this view. The best view was on the other side of the hotel. We had to turn the mini fridge off because it was so noisy at night. For this to be a brand new hotel, they have a lot of work to be done! On a positive note it was clean, but they dont put trash bags in the trash cans, which i thought was odd. We will definitely not be staying here again!
Check in was easy. Staff was friendly & helpful. Breakfast had a wide variety of food to choose from. Our room was quiet & had a awesome view of the mountains
The rooms are quiet. You do not hear outside noise or people from the adjoining rooms. The amenities are wonderful. Staff very helpful. No complaints
Very clean hotel and friendly staff.
My family were all very satisfied with almost everything
Bed’s were made and towels replaced every day. The staff is very active friendly and helpful. The location of the property was within walking distance to fun activities and a five minute drive from our real destination. Parking was free well secured and for guests only.
Everything was great
Excellent pool area. Very good breakfast & evening gatherings
Very close to all the attractions. We were visiting Dollywood.
The hotel was fantastic. Everyone was nice and helpful. They always checked to see if we needed anything. I have never felt more at home than i did there.
Staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Room was clean and well supplied. Hotel was very clean. There was nothing more you could ask for.
Our stay was perfect. The staff was amazing!! They were eager to help and had smiles on their faces. So nice!
Loved it!
Great hot breakfast in the mornings. The room had a very comfortable bed. Hotel has a very nice hot tub, My only complaint is their marketplace and restaurant/bar are a little overpriced. $4 for a bottle of pure life water and $17 for a margarita served in a bourbon glass is a little excessive. other than that I would have rated it 5 stars!!!
Across the street from the LECONTE Center which we went to in the evening for the National Quartet Convention. Breakfast and evening snacks were great.
It was a wonderful experience, breakfast and the afternoon early dinner was a pleasant surprise! We will definitely stay here again!
