Though the hotel is a bit old, it is well maintained.All the staffs are outgoing and kind.
It's located in front of Micro beach. Easy to go to the beach.

他は1ミリも文句ないですが、チェックアウトの時間をタクシー運転手都合で早められたこと。朝3時半に電話が来ました

Unclear terms and condition for using the executive
Lounge.
Room cleaning time I was around 4 pm
So I was in the room after activities.
Quality of complimentary breakfasts were poor.
Toilet is old style.

良かった事
全て良かったのですが…
①1部屋に1台ポケットWi-Fi付②空港ホテル間の送迎付③マリンアクティビティのクーポン1枚付（とても楽しかった）④ウェルカムドリンククーポン付（とても美味しかった）⑤夕方、ビーチディナーがリーズナブルで楽しめた（テイクアウトもOK）⑥朝食ビュッフェ付⑦毎日お水が貰えた。

ちょっと気になった事
①プールが長いこと使われていなかった為、掃除をしてもコケを落としきれなかったのか⁈気になった。　
②ハイアットの時に敷地内にあったＩ❤️SAIPANのお店が無くなっていて、ちょっとした飲み物やお土産品が買えなくて少し不便だった（隣のクラウンプラザホテルに行った）。
③2枚のルームカードキーのうち、１枚が使用出来なくなる…という事が３回あった。

Old building. However, very kind staffs and easy to park.

When i arrived at 4:30pm my room was still occupied. I was told I'd have to wait a no rooms are available. I had to wait 2 hours to finally check in causing me to miss a meeting.

I then had cockroaches in my room. Overall, the experience was not great. People were nice but definitely not what i expected. I travel in different areas of the world and this customer service was sketchy. I recommend staying somewhere else.

I will say the pool and reception area is beautiful.

No signage outside to identity Marianas Beach Resort. Very outdated. Stains on walls. Poor TV quality. Says laundry machines available but when asked was told to go to laundromat down the street. Beach was dirty. Multiple bars on beach but each owned individually so can’t have billed to room.

綺麗にしてありましたが、冷蔵庫が全く冷えず、金庫が電池切れ、シャワーの出が悪く、シャワーとして使えなく、お湯になるのに、5分以上出しっぱなしにしても湯にならず、ドライヤーも完全に壊れていました。冷蔵庫と金庫は、取り替えてもらいましたが、シャワーは、諦め、ドライヤーも娘の別の部屋に借りにいきました。
スタッフさんはみんな感じがよかったので、許しました。

The awesome beach and wonderful staff!

교통이 편리했습니다. 시설이 노후했으나, 직원분들 친절하시고 조식도 괜찮았습니다.

So beautiful and nice place. 보수중이어서 그런지 온수가 잘 안나왔고 리조트 내 시설 이용에 제한이 있는 것은 유감이었습니다. 하지만 뷰가 매우 아름답고 직원분들이 친절합니다. 바의 음식도 맛있었어요. 조식은 단출한 편입니다.

At first there were no replacement towels available, but they were quickly provided over the phone.
The staff was always willing to help.
The building is a little old, but it was clean and easy to spend time in. I would stay at this hotel again.

드라이기 상태가 최악이에요 세시간걸려요 긴머리 말리려면. 여기 이용하려면 꼭 드라이기 챙겨가시라고 말씀드리고 싶네요 미니바에 달랑 물 2개뿐이라 새벽에 도착하셔서 맥주드시고 싶어도 못 먹고 호텔 룸서비스는 아예 없어요 물이랑 타월 정도 받을 수 있고 그외 음료 음식 룸서비스는 없어요 시설도 굉장히 낙후 됐고 조식도 종류가 정말 별오 없어요 맛은 나쁘지 않은 정도 그렇다고 맛이있다도 아닌 정도에요 딱 한가지만 괜찮아요 한국인 스텝이 있다는거랑 스키퍼바는 분위기 좋아요 맛은 별로 입니다. 저렴해서 전체적으로 크게 신경안썼지만 담에 좀 경제적 여유가 있으몀 절대적으로 여기는 안갈겁니다
