New property.
The hotel staff refused to provide a room for 1 hour, falsely claiming that we had no reservation. This is the worst Expedia Hotel experience I've ever had. Expedia customer care also did not provide any immediate solution.
My experience of stay was good
Great stay and great staff
It seems hotel was just quickly built up to make up money during Mahakumbh. Too expensive for the services offered. No dining available. AC was not working. Bathroom fixtures were not properly done.
Rooms are Too Noisy because the reception is just outside.. Couldn't Sleep 1 minute there..
Place is under construction, 1 room had no running water, other room had water but pipes leaking, rats/mice dripping all over the place, pic are fake, very rude staff, no place for food as building still under construction. Expedia need to remove this hotel from site.

Stay away from this property and dont let the pictures mislead you. They are running the hotel from the 1st floor. Top 3 floors and the front area are still under construction. Bathroom drain was clogged, staff is not well trained and they lie. The surrounding area is very dirty.
