Pros:

I wish I could give higher stars. The front desk, breakfast staff, cleaning staff and evening bar staff were extremely kind and thoughtful. Everyone that works there went up and beyond to help. Our car broke down and we stayed one more evening and it was a blessing . This place is worth staying and the hospitality is beyond what ever you would expect.

Tout était ok, sauf le paiement. Je sollicite un paiement sur place et la carte a été débitée sur le site, ce qui a engendré des problèmes de facturation. Franchement le site hotel c'est pas terrible sur ce point.

grande chambre, Parking couvert et fermé, emplacement calme.Vue de la terrase sur la cathédrale le soir. Le petit Hic : l'ouverture de la porte de la salle de bain qui ouvre vers l'intérieur, rendant l'accès aux toilettes et à la douche difficile.

Ibas on business trip in the Champagne area for 5 days. Had with my family with me. Nice hotel brand new fantastic with parking in the basement, quite ok breakfast AC did not work in the room ,that was the only minus otherwise recommended

Pros:

Very poor stay, toilet leak, aircon not working, curtains don’t close, curtain rail hanging off, shower door wrong. Moved room, curtains even worse and still no functioning aircon. Bar supposed to open at 5pm but they decided to have a meeting and not open until 6.30

Nog helemaal nieuw en mooi hotel. Ruime kamers met genoeg opbergruimte. Via een leuk parkje loop je zo het centrum in.

Et hotel vi klart besøger igen
Pros:

Lækkert hotel og fremragende service. Det er altid lidt vanskeligt med sproget, når vi besøger Champagne, men på hotellet talte de fint engelsk og de hjælp os med reservationer og lignende og de var simpelthen så søde og opmærksomme hele vejen igennem.
Vi kommer klart igen.
