Pros:

Staff showed excellent training in customer service. Food was excellent including presentation. The bed was very comfortable as we slept way past our normal sleeping hours! The hotel is surrounded with shopping and has a variety of restaurants. Cost of everything is half of the prices in USA. We highly recommend staying at the Canopy Hilton in Longkloof!

Great decor, great attention to detail, great service, great food, great staff, great location, great everything, just great. Looked with a magnifying glass to find faults but was very disappointed in finding absolutely none at all.
Will stay here anytime I'm in Cape Town.

From start to finish, this hotel delivered an exceptional experience. The staff were incredibly friendly and consistently went above and beyond to ensure our stay was memorable. The thoughtful touch of providing refillable water stations was both convenient and eco-conscious.
Dining at Ongetem was a highlight—the food was absolutely outstanding. The bed was so comfortable, I genuinely wished I could take it home with me! The hotel's central location made exploring the area effortless.
I would return in a heartbeat. Highly recommended!

Loved my short stay, the only thing missing is a pool!! Beautiful ascetics, every piece of furniture and every corner is beautiful done. The vibrant colours and lush furnishings. Really lovely friendly staff, food was delicious, bed super comfty with Egyptian cotton, they felt like 1600 threat count! Lovely bathroom. Honestly a great place.. lots of local places to eat, local groceries store. Only 10min drive to the beach and shopping centre. I’ll be back! Close up hikes, table mountain, lions head!

The hotel is new and very nice. It’s right in the middle of Kloof St, where all the fun and good restaurants and bars are. Reasonably priced. Fully recommended.
