Bel hôtel flambant neuf
Mais les procédures d acceuil et chek out sont très longues malgré la bonne volonté des hôtesses
Le;logiciel semble très compliqué
Pour avoir des renseignements c est très poussif.
Deux personnalités m’ont agréablement surpris le voiturier qui parle français et qui a contribué à fluidifier l expérience. Et le masseur tunisien très pro
Les chambres vu cour sont très petites et sans charme
Privilégiez les chambres vu parc
Beaucoup,de monde à la réception mais personne qui parle parfaitement le français c est inadmissible vu le niveau
Les prix sont globalement très chers
Par rapport à la concurrence

Le,spa par contre est très beau

Bref une expérience mitigée

Schönes neues Hotel in zentraler Lage am Kurhaus. Freundliche Begrüẞung und schöne Aussicht vom Zimmer. Teils sehr freundliches Personal. Frühstück für den Preis ausbaufähig in Qualität und Quantität, bis auf die Austern. Nervige Bewegungsmelder im Zimmer die teils zu unerwünschter Beleuchtung führen, gerade bei Nachtruhe. TV häufig mit Abbrüchen.

Pros:

Amazing food, amazing room, amazing service! We especially enjoyed the bartender in the lobby area, Chris. He’s was friendly and great at suggesting cocktails for us to drink. The entire hotel is A++. It far exceeded our expectations on every level.

Pros:

Gorgeous hotel, the design is cohesive throughout, lovely art, comfortable and beautiful at the same time. So many thoughtful touches everywhere you look. Well located, staff is super friendly and professional at the same time. The spa is wonderful, drinks in the lobby bar perfection. Towels were huge and soft. Robes super soft and comfy. Ok the only thing I can fault is the pillow cases were not soft..oddly scratchy but that’s really sounding spoiled now isn’t it?
