Pros:

このホテルのスタッフは信用でき人々だ。
スタッフは親切で丁寧である。
安宿だが部屋は非常に清潔である。
ベット、シーツが綺麗というのは当たり前で、部屋そのものが清潔で整っている。
空港近くで安宿を探している人には、間違いなくお勧めできる。
最新の家具はないが、レトロな家具で雰囲気も良い。
間違いなく日本人には合っている。
スタッフの方々が良い人過ぎて長居してしまった。

【余談】
このホテルのからホーチミン空港を使用する際は、国内線・国際線問わずホテルからタクシーを使うことをお勧めする。未経験の方なら強く警告する。歩いて搭乗口の空港玄関まで辿り着くことは難しい。私は危うく飛行機に乗り遅れるところだった。

For the price it’s good for a quick place to stay during late arrival/late departure etc.

It’s cheap, it does the job. Staff were nice I’ll stay again next week when land late at night.
