El hotel esta excelente, seria bueno que las suites contaran con trasyes y utensilios para comer, el unico detalle que no es tan critico, es el ruido de la carretera.. pero se puede dormir muy bien y 3l lobiliaroo es genial!!! Vale mucho la pena..

We stayed here to catch an early flight from QRO International Airport, and it was a great choice. The staff was very friendly, the facilities were clean and well-kept, and getting an Uber to the airport was quick and easy. The only thing to note is that the elevators are on the smaller side, but I was still able to fit two large suitcases without a problem.

Es un lugar pet friendly, donde las mascotas son bienvenidas. Se requiere transporte y/o auto para llegar y para ir a alguna tienda de autoservicio.
El personal y las instalaciones muy buenas y las habitaciones tienen un frigobar, horno de microondas y cafetera.
Un gran detalle fue que colocan shampoo, acondicionador, jabón de manos y crema dies de dies.

Una práctica elección.
Pros:

El hotel es nuevo por lo que todo mobiliario y edificio estaba en perfectas condiciones. Para ser sinceros no supe si ofrecían limpieza diaria a la habitación o solo era una ocasión por reservación. En las 5 noches nunca hubo servicio de mucama. Por otro lado las áreas comunes siempre(piso) estaban sucias con tierra y demás. la habitaciones muy amplia y cómoda. me sorprendió que te ofrecían un tapete de yoga el cual agradezco. Recomendaría ventanas insonorizadas pues el ruido de la carretera en ocaciones puede molestar un poco. Si volvería a hospedarme con ellos. espero se tomen cuenta mis observaciones.
