Easy check in even though I arrived after check in time.

Excellent place and very nice staff.

Did not clean room on scheduled day. Lack a steady presence at the front desk.

The room was not clean and the elevator was also poorly maintained. The tub and shower did not drain properly. While the hotel made an effort with updates, it felt like a cheap attempt to cover up deeper issues. Overall, disappointing stay.

Property is properly situated and very accessible.

Assistance from Gwen was very insightful. She called to let us know offices were closing . Gave great service remotely.

While I was settling down to my room, management told me that a pipe broke while I was in the shower and was told I will be moved to a new room. I was rushing to repack my things and head to my new room. House keeping didn’t come to my room on Wednesday to clean the room and I wasn’t told when will they be coming in to clean. Most of the time, no one was in front desk to assist me. One thing that I like was the 24/7 hour laundry.

I sure this has been great for others but I spent 3 days with the air conditioner in the bathroom dripping on my head. I reported it 3 times and nothing. The drip was directly over the commode so I had to resort to taking my umbrella in to use the bathroom. It was ridiculous. You can see the water damage around the unit so this is a long term issue. The inability to address the leak was beyond my understanding and ignoring my asking for help is even more egregious. Here is a thought, if you cannot fix it, just move the guest to another room. If it is not a long term stay, I really do not feel that they care about the guest at all. I do not recommend this place. Save your money, I am sorry I wasted mine.

Nice apt type room and close to everything. Front desk is a bit disorganized.

My stay was nice and peaceful but I originally booked a Delux Kind room and they called me the day of my check-in to say they dont have any king rooms available and offered the 2 queen room, I said yes to it but when I checked in they give me a handicapped unit. They were no one at the front desk area. So there was no communication 😕. Was not happy with that.

Very clean, quiet, and relaxing hotel. The front desk staff is absolutely fantastic.

The room was spotless and comfortable. However the check in and check out was horrible… the counter was never maned … you had to call and then someone would come after waiting for like 10 min… we had a malfunctioning smoke detector and it took forever to fix! Thankfully the overnight “emergency” person was able to help us! I hope they fix this issue with communication… it is a very nice property
