Hotel La Compania Del Valle

Beautiful new Resort with gorgeous gardens and lots of unique sculptures and art work. Deluxe bedding and spacious rooms and bathrooms make a stay here a great experience.

The hotel is a very nice experience. The spa was still not opened. It will open Nov 1 and it loos like an incredible experience.

Gorgeous property. Must see. Very relaxing environment. Rooms are immaculate.

Beautiful Hotel customer service was exceptional!!!

First off the concierge services from Mr Clovis and Mr Phillip were absolutely exceptional. They helped me before I arrived and all during my stay. Mr Phillip went the extra mile to help celebrate my birthday with a little surpise cake and some singing!!! Both gentlemen were genuine and friendly and so were the staff members i encountered.

The property is spectacular, the art, the sculptures, the ducks absolutely fabulous however i did notice a few issues. It seemed that my tub was backwards. It would have been so easy to turn on the faucet if it were not at the furthest point away from me or maybe it was made for people with extra long arms. A grab bar is definitely needed. The coffee maker was terrible. It was difficult to use and the water was not nearly hot enough for coffee or tea. A kuerig would be a great replacement. Lastly there are some trip hazards in the room, one being the carpet that slopes downward slightly. Its hard to explain but my ankle felt it because i did not know the slope was coming. Same is true for the entrance to the bathroom. The threshold seemed somewhat oversized and I assumed it would flat. Last thing is that it would be fabulous if you can order drinks or snacks from the pool. All in all it was still a great stay and I would definitely come back.

The hotel was clean and the room had a nice view. Dining options were far too expensive considering you are far from everywhere so you practically don’t have a chance to go anywhere else without driving. Also there were some very noisy children shouting outside in the garden very early in the morning. I know children are wonderful but someone should ask their parents to control their level of noisiness.

Great stay and amazing staff. Because of low season there are works ongoing that start at 7am.

Pasamos un fin de semana, el personal es muy amable y todos están velando por la satisfacción del huesped. El lugar es hermoso, rodeado de naturaleza y tiene arte en cada rincón del hotel. La comida estuvo fabuloso y el desayuno incluido muy completo.
Tenían una pequeña sección gluten free.

We had the most amazing time. The property is beautiful and filled with Art. The food at all three restaurants is award winning. Wine selections are endless. The staff is friendly, helpful, and willing to answer all questions/help with your needs. A beautiful hotel in a magical location. We will be visiting again.

Everything was excellent, the staff are professional and friendly, the service is impeccable and every single meal we had was top quality! The property is beautiful and clean. We will be back

El hotel es hermoso y el personal en general es amable.

Pero no respetan la privacidad de los huespedes, entran cuando les da la gana a la habitación.

Tocaron la puerta de mi habitación y yo en el baño desnuda porque iba a bañarme, casi ni escuché, y ni el chico me escuchó a mi y entró y resulta que el baño tiene una puerta casi transparente, solo lo vi y le dije, estoy desnuda, no entre.

Y cuando reclamé al gerente muy amable, me dice que ese era el protocolo, que el chico entró porque yo no le contesté.

Entonces donde quedan mis derechos de privacidad e integridad. El reporte a la violación de mi privacidad No es válido. Yo soy la que está mal por estar relajada en el baño.

No tengo ganas de volver más nunca, me quedé semi vista desnuda por un extraño que entró sin autorización a mi habitación, además del pánico que sentí y no hubo ninguna consideración por parte del hotel al respecto. Solo una disculpa condicionada a que yo no contesté y todo fue mi culpa.

Salí llorando de ese hotel de la impotencia. Que mal recuerdo me llevo de este hotel.

Todo espectacular. El servicio del hotel es inmejorable, las instalaciones son fabulosas y los restaurantes deliciosos. Para completar, el hotel es una galeria de arte en el que se disfruta cada rincon y el valle es un lugar realmente hermoso. Definitivamente un paseo que vale la pena realizar.

Me encanto las obras de arte que se han colocado en todo el hotel, hace que desees caminar alrededor del hotel y descubrir mas obras.
