Pros:

Overall, I had an excellent stay in the facility. One recommendation for action is to review the menu of the breakfast. Almost the menu keeps to be the same while the received customs comes from different corner of the world, with a range of preferences while taking breakfast. If more that one options could be available, customs could enjoy more their stay in the compound.

I did have a good stay. I would like to share that water was not offered free and I had to pay for a second cup of coffee for breakfast. Also there should be ample enough towels to use without having to wait daily for a towel. The construction was ongoing but I know when it’s all done it’s going to be nice… All the BEST..

The first impressions was very good the staff were amazing. Our room had to be sprayed whilst we were ther which wasn’t very pleasant but apart from that everything was good. We slept well and felt very comfortable. I will recommend this hotel.

The place is in construction with a lot of dust and cement coming into the rooms from the windows. The bed was very small. Rooms are generally dirty. Had to get another place ASAP. Terrible service. Change images to showcase the real place.

They kept to their promise of airport transfer. Drinking water was costed separately. If you have breakfast, you choose between having porridge, tea or milo with omelette. Not allowed to have porridge and tea.
The tv channels were not in good order as the screen was shaky and blurry.
