Breakfast was your standard hot buffets but you tasted. Albi Who ran the front desk in the morning was very help and kind. I would so stay again when I go back that way to visit my cousins!

Exceptional hotel. Staybridge Clermont is the perfect hotel for us due to its location to family. Close to restaurants, grocery stores, theme parks, state park, and other Orlando area cities. The staff were wonderful!! Free laundry was a huge plus since we were there a week. Breakfast choices were plentiful. The pool and hot tub were adequate in size however the hot tub was not hot enough. The room was spacious and had kitchen ware so we could cook meals. Prices on incidentals were very reasonable!! Common areas were comfortable with ample seating. Being a new hotel there were a few “fix-it” issues but the engineer was prompt in attending to the matters. Housekeepers were more than willing to provide extra towels and essentials even if we did not need the room cleaned. Front desk staff were pleasant and accommodating, except for one young lady (Ana?) who worked late afternoon/evenings. She had a care-less attitude and lacked customer service skills. Definitely acted as though the guests were an inconvenience by responding to guests in a snippy voice. She spent a lot of time behind the office door, forcing guests to wait and eventually knock to be served. Everyone else was fantastic, though.

Rooms clean and beds comfy. Breakfast was good. I would just check the hot water in the shower. Didn’t get hot and shower was slippery. However I still give a 5. Nice hotel.

The hotel is new so everything was nice. Beds very comfortable. If I had to say anything, there wasn’t hot water in the shower and the shower is very slippery. But the hotel is definitely a 5.
