Due to my visit to a nearby city, I've extended my hotel stay by one additional day. Since this is an extension of a prior booking, I was informed that I needed to have my keycard validated. The hotel's system can't automatically grant extra days beyond the current booking. The validation process was quite straightforward and quick.

Upon check - out, I requested the receptionist to help me return an item by giving it to a courier. He readily provided assistance. Moreover, when they learned that I was skipping breakfast to catch an early train, I was even offered a to - go coffee.

I truly value the service provided by the hotel team. The complimentary washer and dryer are impressively fast, completing a cycle within an hour. This has been extremely helpful in minimizing the number of clothes I had to pack for this trip.

However, if I had to point out one aspect for improvement, it would be the noise from the nearby construction. The hotel could have installed better double or triple - glazed windows to mitigate this issue.

Getting to this property from the airport isn't overly challenging. I landed in the late evening. Booking via Expedia presented a bit of a hurdle as Expedia doesn't provide the hotel confirmation number (which is different from other platforms). Fortunately, I reached out to the hotel via their official email and obtained the confirmation, ensuring a seamless process.

The receptionists are incredibly friendly and serve with enthusiasm. I can communicate with them effortlessly and have my inquiries addressed promptly. Once, I left my keycard in the room, and after verifying my identity, they reissued it. Additionally, they engaged in small talk, which made it seem like they were sincerely interested in building a good rapport.

Retrieving my parcels from the reception was also relatively hassle-free.

My stay at Urcove Hotel was truly enjoyable, thanks to the warm and attentive service. A special shout-out to 小庄 (Xiao Zhuang) at check-in—they were incredibly friendly, sincere, and went above and beyond by providing their WeChat contact for seamless communication during my stay. Having direct access to assistance made me feel well taken care of, and it’s clear the staff genuinely want guests to have a great experience.

The room was comfortable, and the amenities met my needs perfectly. The only minor hiccup was that room service entered despite the "Do Not Disturb" sign, but this was a small issue in an otherwise flawless stay.

Overall, I highly recommend Urcove Hotel, especially for the exceptional hospitality shown by 小庄 and the team. Thank you for making my stay so pleasant—I’d gladly return!

This is a very confortable and clean hotel. It is well located. Breakfast offers western food. Room is relatively spacious. Complementary drinks and soda are offered free of charge. Access through taxi is not ease as the English name is not found at Didi app. My taxi driver drove me to a wrong one. In overall, I highly recommend it.

It’s a new hotel and overall experience is great. Just they didn’t expect max capacity for the Easter long weekends we stayed and under staffed, even they are trying to be helpful. Overall I would come again given beds are very comfortable and service is excellent.

不過叫外賣不方便。出入需要滴滴出行。

酒店距離高鐵及景點不遠，設施很新淨，晚上睡覺很寧静，員工態度很好，下次會再入住凱悦品牌的逸扉酒店。
