Amazing!
Great hotel with giant rooms and super friendly staff in an excellent location at a reasonable price. It's not too far away from the​ Bus station. Lots of shopping Among them a lot of restaurants, shops and super markets.

Have a wonderful stay here, incredibly friendly and helpful staff. Room is very nice and large. The location is very good and hotel hasTukTuk service which is very convenient and cheap. Spa is also nice.

Great Stay at Siem Reap! Everybody was very nice and approachable! from check in reception was amazing, she helped me explain the Tours and the laundry service in the hotel and the price is very cheap. stay was pleasant and nice. Will be back again next time!!

Great memories and great stay, helpful and breakfast is very well organized and it happens in complete relaxation.
The structure is nice and well maintained.
The reception is efficient and the rooms very clean. WiFi was very good. We had a great time and will come back.

Very good place, it’s not a huge hotel, but looks like a sizable old-time mansion, our room had tropical colonial style furniture, and a balcony overlooking a quiet side street. The location is very central, we walked back from the Angkor National Museum when we saw how close it was (there was a good Western style grocery store across the street from the museum also). Miss Luna was the very personable front desk person who greeted us and made us feel at home. All the staff were very good. The front desk arranged a driver to take us to Angkor Wat, and another to take us to the airport. Highly recommended.

We loved this place so much! So comfortable and the staff were incredible and met our every need. Luna is the best! The bed was our favorite yet and the setting was gorgeous. We will definitely be back.

Good Hotel!

I spent 3 weeks in Cambodia, and split my time between three hotels at the exact same price point, and this was the best.

Couldn't ask for a better location -- ideal jumping off point from town for Angkor Wat, walking distance (or a very cheap tuk-tuk ride) to pub street and market areas, without being close enough to hear any of the nightlife noise.

Great restaurant with both western and local dishes. Everything I ordered was delicious and beautifully presented. The breakfast buffet had fruit, bread, a small salad bar, and a selection of hot, mostly western-style dishes like eggs, pancakes, and baked beans.

But by far the best thing was the incredible staff. Every single person I encountered was friendly, polite, and helpful. Jasmine and Luna at the front desk are superstars. I had a couple of issues with my room upon check-in, and they handled everything with aplomb. I'm sure I was a problem guest for them, but they never made me feel like they were anything other than delighted to resolve yet another minor crisis. Luna even got on the phone with my Grab driver to help him find the hotel when I put in the wrong address!

The one piece of constructive criticism I have is that the recent renovations seem not to have extended to the plumbing. I was moved to a new room twice because of plumbing issues -- a leak from the back of the toilet (or maybe from the sprayer) in one, and what seemed like a big leak from the shower into the walls in the other.

This hotel offers a tranquil hotel in the vibrant city of Siem Reap. The room was spacious and of high quality, providing a refreshing change. The attentive staff, from reception to the restaurant, were polite and efficient. the Ops Manager, ensured a wonderful experience with well-organized transfers and helpful advice. Convenient location near downtown restaurants and bars. Overall, a fantastic stay! Will definitely return.

Le Grande Indochine Hotel, a newer establishment, boasts a beautiful design for utmost comfort. The staff is incredibly helpful, organizing guided tours of Angkor Wat and other temples, as well as tickets to the aerobatic circus. The well-appointed rooms and relaxing pool provide respite after a day exploring the ruins. The complimentary breakfast with three tasty and well-prepared options adds to the overall excellent experience.

Absolutely top-notch experience! From the fantastic room to the wonderful staff, breakfast, service, and pool, everything was outstanding. Conveniently located just a couple of kilometers from town, with a $2 tuk-tuk ride. Utilize their excellent five stars hotel tuk-tuk driver Samsang, who goes above and beyond. The hotel sends him free to the airport or bus station be sure to tip him generously. Siem Reap is a must-visit destination.

Wonderful and cozy five stars hotel, just under200m from the town center down a charming path. A short 5-7 minute walk or a cheap tuk-tuk ride for $1. Friendly staff, fantastic rooms with a nice touch of an older style, and balcony bathtubs for a relaxing soak. Enjoyed the breakfast on the rooftop balcony and free high-speed Wi-Fi. Overall, exceptional value for a memorable stay.

Warm staff, wonderful rooms!
Myself and a friend stayed at this hotel during our too short stay in Siem Reap. I cannot recommend this hotel enough! The rooms were beautiful and well kept. The staff proved to be a reflection on the charming and kind nature of Cambodia. The location was ideal, a short walk to everything, but far enough away that it is quite peaceful at night. Lovely hotel.

Outstanding experience at this five-star hotel. We were graciously welcomed with a drink upon our late arrival and promptly shown to our room. Discovered no water in the bathroom, but management quickly resolved the issue by upgrading us to a new, larger room. While the air conditioners were a bit small, they functioned well. The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful in arranging tours. They even looked after our bags post-checkout due to our late flight. The location, just a 10-minute walk or $2 tuk tuk ride from the main area, was pleasantly quiet. Highly recommended for a luxurious stay with the added convenience of a nice elevator. We would definitely choose to stay here again.
