Pros:

O hotel fica a 4km do centro, mas compensa tudo pelo atendimento, conforto e piscina. Motoraxi é rápido e barato. A gerente Zoe cuida de tudo de perto e à distancia. Todo o pessoal é confiável e bacana. Liz, front desk, Minh, Hoan, Ngo, Huy. Parabéns a todos.

Pros:

The hotel was amazing. Check in was very smooth and the breakfast was great. They even helped me book a taxi back to the airport. Hotel receptionist Giang was very helpful.

Pros:

Hotel was very accommodating to our family. They were being refurbished so many things were brand new in our room but also were not 100% ready for guest. They still allowed our family to stay to avoid the hassle of an additional reservation. I was so appreciative of that. Very friendly and helped direct us to local activities. The location is very busy during rush hour and can be intimidating to navigate so I would not recommend the stay to a family with small children or elderly relatives.

Mình có chuyến công tác 2 đêm tại Hà Nội và book khách sạn này. Khách sạn có bể bơi khá chill trên tầng thượng, phòng sạch sẽ và nhân viên rất nhiệt tình

Pros:

The staff were all incredibly friendly and helpful. The cleaning staff forgot to replace our soap in the shower one day, and when I told them they immediately brought us new soap. They also apologised to us for the next two days even though it’s no big deal!
Will comback if I have bussiness trips in Hanoi
