Pros:

Ubicado en un lugar precioso, las instalaciones magnificas, una experiencia excelente acompañada de viajar en el Tren Maya, te llevan de la estación al hotel en carros eléctricos para el cuidado del medio ambiente ya que esta ubicado en el parque el Jaguar donde esta la zona arqueológica devTulum.

Pros:

El hotel esta increíble!, el olor en medio de la selva esta genial, perfecto para relajarte en medio de la naturaleza.
El servicio de todo el personal del hotel es muy amable, te ayudan en dudas y demás durante la estadía.

Me encanto las medidas que emplean para cuidar la flora y fauna.

Referente al restaurante ofrece platillos típicos de la zona, es delicioso y no es caro.

Ellos te llevan directo al museo del parque del jaguar ya que esta todo conectado.
Recomiendo visitarlo ampliamente.

Double charged for the same stay
Pros:

Pre-Paid with Hotels.com but the hotel charged me twice by mistake. Concierge Christian Navakr did not respond to my request for a re-fund and did not provide a receipt. Make sure if you pre-pay that the frond desk do not charge you twice.
