Zenao Appart'hôtels Le Raincy Thiers is Senior home not at all an hotel. Le Raincy Thiers simply not an ideal place to stay while visiting Paris. I personally did not enjoyed my stay there and left 6 days earlier than planned.

We love the space of this apartment. Great value for the rate! But the pillows and bed are not very comfortable. Parking could be challenging too.

Il manquait trop de choses. Torchons
Produits douche (petits sachets fournis mais insuffisants pour une douche).
Propre mais de nombreux moutons de poussière.

Le Zenao a beaucoup de potentiel, les chambres sont super belle, c’est un endroit très sécuritaire, boulangerie, pharmacie à 1 minute de marche, sincèrement c’est vraiment bien! Par contre aucune communication, on a manqué de papier hygiéniques et impossible de trouver quelqu’un. Même chose pour l’arrivée, le personnel est sympa mais inexistant.

The area was nice, but very loud especially considering you have no A/C and have to keep the windows open for fresh air. The property name was not as listed on the booking which caused initial confusion trying to find it and then it was a senior community which was not properly advertised or disclosed. There was a man yelling at the top of his lungs randomly like every hour or so, lots of traffic speeding by and sirens, the gate or something clanking often, and noisy chatter from people talking above below or in the streets regularly. We were only there 1 day and booked another property because of these issues. There was also writing on the walls and curtains and inside a utility box someone drew male genitalia. A pile of rocks was left by the phone and the place was not thoroughly cleaned, very dusty and unswept or mopped, dishes looked dirty although we didn’t use them, and you have to take your own trash, no soap or toiletries provided. Nice pub, patisserie, and grocery close by and cute neighborhood. Also no laundry was in the apartment as the picture in the booking showed, there might have been in some rooms or in the facility somewhere. Still would not recommend.

Clean and nice. Big rooms. Only thing that was not good, was that almost everybody in the staff, didn’t spoke anything else than French

Parfait. L'emplacement,le confort, l'accueil. Je recommande sans hésitation.

It’s fine if you want the most basic, clean place to lay your head down at night. The front desk lady from Central Africa was absolutely lovely. However the rooms are very different from the pictures and don’t have the same decor at all and it is not a nice apart hotel as described, it is literally a medical senior/assisted-living facility. It’s like describing luxury hotels with apartments when you are simply renting out rooms at an old people’s home.

No amenities provided at all, just the empty sparse apartment with zero decor (unlike in the photos). Had to go to front desk to ask for even soap. The only saving grace was how kind the front desk lady was.
