Pros:

Good value for money. Super central location. Kind staff. Nice comfortable room with nice decor. The hotel is one year old (not the building), so everything is new and nice. Loved my time there. Mirissa is great.

Pros:

Customer service/response time was great but felt like false advertising. The staff themselves were very kind and communicative however there was zero hot (or even warm) water out entire four day stay, there was hair and dirt all over our floor upon arrival, and we weren’t provided any bed linens aside from one top-sheet. I will say that our AC unit broke and started leaking night one and they had an electrician out to fix it the next day, but they refused to offer us any sort of refund even though we were clearly uncomfortable during our stay. For what we paid compared to other locations in the area, we are pretty disappointed.

Todo perfecto, optima relación calidad/ precio.
La playa esta a 5-10 min andando, hay que pasar por los bares para acceder.
El baño de la habitación podia estar mejor limpiado, pero por todo lo demas, un 10.

Pros:

The staff were intoxicated already in the morning and the service did not even exist. They say they are available in Whatsapp 24h but it took them 12 hours to read a message. The staff was partying downstairs with their friends and music was very loud (could not sleep without earplugs). Laundry washing took more than one day, what they first promised. No warm water in the shower and the room was dirty. The only good thing about the place was location.

Lovely Short Stay
