Mycket trevligt rum låg centralt nära till allt inhägnad parkering bra frukost

Svårt med parkering men i övrigt jättebra.

What a lovely hotel this is! Our guest room was a very nice size, clean and comfortable. I loved the shower, and the extra soft, plush bathrobes. We enjoyed relaxing on the rooftop patio after a day of sightseeing. There is also an intimate bar in the basement. I cannot emphasize how kind, helpful and very hardworking the entire staff was. We found it hard to leave this hotel. Absolutely loved it. One thing I will mention, not all guest rooms are accessible by elevator. If you are unable to manage stairs, you may want to specifically request that.

Prinzipiell ein schönes Hotel. Sauber und modern eingerichteten.
Bemängeln muss ich lediglich die Parksituation, dass trotz reservierten Parkplatz nur eine kleine Ecke zum parken vorgehalten wurde. Die Parkplätze an sich sind meiner Meinung nach zu klein.
Das Frühstück ist sehr einladend, jedoch ist der Raum und die vorhandenen Tische für die Hotelgröße nicht ausreichend, an beiden Tagen mussten wir gut 15 Minuten auf einen Tisch warten.

Ett fantastiskt trevligt hotell med perfekt läge. Hög modern standard och trevlig personal. Toppklass!

Beautiful property with a great deal of attention to detail. However, even a small thing leaves a pretty bad impression. The "front desk personnel" didn't really seem to have any real interest in creating a positive impression. When our taxi was leaving early by 6 am "before breakfast", there was ZERO interest in finding a way to even give us some small amount of pre-arranged breakfast . . despite the fact we paid a very high price for that last night. NOT impressed . . would not go back

Vores ophold på Hotel Margaux var fuldstændig fantastisk. Standarden er i topklasse uanset om vi skal beskrive værelserne, rengøringsstandarden, morgenmadsbuffeten eller de meget søde medarbejdere. Vi elskede hvert et minut på hotellet og kommer helt sikkert tilbage.

Wir haben 4 Zimmer gebucht und alle waren begeistert von diesem Hotel. Alles stimmt hier. Freundlichkeit, Sauberkeit, Zimmereinrichtung, PreisLeistung, Frühstück. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

A very central hotel immaculately presented and with staff at the desk who were very helpful.Carparking was secure.Good breakfast too.
Ideally placed for a stay in Epernay.Many good restaurants a short walk away.

What a find! Super property in great location, minutes from the Avenue! Staff were great, thank you Justine and Nina, you couldn’t have been more helpful! Lovely breakfast too! Limited car parking, be sure to book your space in advance!! WE LOVED IT!!

Great hotel and great location. Staff were friendly but discrete. Parking on site and good bars and restaurants within 50m. Modern, clean and very pleasant hotel. Above all, staff did not insist on speaking English to me and put up with my poor French. A rarity in France in my exprrience! Definitely the best hotel in Epernay, we having tried at least 4 others. We will definitely be back!
