Check in was fast and friendly. Parking garage was convenient. Our room was very spacious. Stayed in master suite 1 1st floor.

Room decor and lay is really great to kick back and get comfortable.

The mini bar was empty however had the menu of offered items. Seems they are leaving money on the table by not having anything in the room to have the option to take and purchase.

Two T.V.s and 1 remote. Neither T.V. was functioning with the remote and the google play attached device.

Room service was available we were told but there was no menu or QR code to scan in the room.

The toilet unfortunately had not been clean still had urine and hair on the seat.

Suggestion would be to have hardware to hang up towels. There are no hooks anywhere. Also no toilet paper holder. Just sits on back of the toilet.

Shower drain was slow.

Jacuzzi tub was very nice! And the room is great. Just many missing details.

We had dinner at the rooftop restaurant. Our waiter was great and the food was delicious.

We would hope to return and maybe things would be better for the details.

Detalles en regadera y escasos productos de menú
Pros:

La coladera de la regadera se tapa y tarda en irse em agua, dura hasta 1 hora en irse por la coladera.

Falta variedad en el menú de comidas y botanas dentro del mismo para el uso de alberca

Excelente, el hotel nuevo y el personal súper amable, olvidé mi Apple Pencil en la habitación al hacer check out y me contactaron para poder regresarlo, eso habla de la calidad de personas y de los valores de quienes trabajan ahí. 10/10

Pros:

Great service and hospitality from the front reception, the bar, the restaurant and housekeeping teams. Room was clean and well-kept. Will certainly revisit should we be in the area.
