the roads nearby were terrible, huge potholes, not the fault of the hotel. The road into the parking lot is not marked, so it was hard to find at first. It was easy to get to/from the hotel during my stay, conveniently located.
Property was as good as you get for the price. We ended up being placed right under a room being renovated at 7 am the next morning, with the waste dumpster being placed right outside our window, which made for a very loud and rude awakening.

Visited this location due to a graduation. It is price effective and not far away from university of Nebraska. They do offer room service but didn’t need to use it.

We found this hotel to be clean and comfortable on our drive back from Colorado.
Staff was very nice! There was a problem with a slow sink in the bathroom and we immediately were moved to a different room.
This place is doing a real remodel. That was constructed noise and utilities turner off at times. Was uncomfortable.
Love the service and staff, however I smell weed a lot when I am walking down the hallways and around outside.
They were remodeling the upper floors which didn’t effect us in any way

This property was neat and clean. They were in the process of rebranding from a Motel 6 to The Lincoln Garden Inn which made it difficult to find the location using Google maps or GPS. The entrance to the hotel was made even more difficult due to having to enter off the end of a service road that went through a car dealership. The staff was nice, friendly, and easy to work with. They worked with me and my husband with check in policies after learning we had been traveling for several hours on our relocation from Alabama to Montana.
