Pros:

Nice sized room, clean, washing machine/dryer combo, great size shower, clean & modern. Only downside with 4 people there isn’t much room for luggage but we made it work. Also having hand soap in the bathroom with the toilet would be nice.

Pros:

The staff were outstanding. Very attentive, spoke English enough to get us through the process. Handled our every need. The room had a small common area where we could sit and recover in glorious air conditioning. It was September so very humid and warm for us outside. Beds were incredibly cozy. Zero noise outside. Couldn’t hear other guests at all. Two big screen HDTVs. Great shower pressure.

The staff was so lovely. Very attentive. The shower was amazing. Such great water pressure. The beds were extremely comfortable. It was nice to have a kitchen to warm things up, and keep things cool/cold in the fridge and a combo washer dryer came in handy, as the very warm humid weather had us sweating through all our clothes (our trip was in early September).

Loved to stay here!! Highly recommend it. Spacious, confortable and very friendly staff. The washer/dryer was in the room itself, a great convineience.
For us this location worked great as its away from very busy area and provided a calm, quiet location to return to and less crowded trains from here. We didnt mind changing the local trains with transfers.
Lots of convenience stores near by.

Pros:

Great place to stay! The room is clean and feels brand new. Conveniently located near the train station, in a quiet area we really enjoyed. There are plenty of restaurants nearby, and the Ginza shopping district is only about a 15-minute walk away.

Apartment style rooms. Very spacious and the staff were friendly l. Rooms were nice and clean. Only downside is that they don’t do the laughed delivery service but family mart is near by and the staff will help u fill out the form to bring to family mart.

Pros:

Very well set up space, and friendly staff. The infrequent room cleaning is a bit of a bummer - would be better if I didn’t have to bag and leave my trash outside my room every non-cleaning day. Other than that, it was great, and convenient to the subway, and a short walk from lots of amenities.

Pros:

Newly built facilities near the Ginza shopping area. Modern style with a Japanese feel. 2 double beds in one room + a proper sofa bed. 2 TVs.

A bit tight for 5, but more than sufficient. Washing machine very convenient. Minimalist kitchen (no stove, but a microwave and a fridge).

It is a great hotel, located in a great neighborhood, close to metro stations, conbinis and restaurants. The room is large enough for 4 adults to feel comfortable. Pretty nice rooms with all you need, including washing machine.
