Hotel was beautiful. Staff was very helpful and pleasant. The room was fantastic and the bed inviting. However, their bed pillows were overly firm and large. They contributed to the worst sleep I’ve had in a long time.

Overall service was excellent, staff was friendly, breakfast extraordinary! Rooms were comfortable, nice and super clean. The park was at walking distance, restaurant, bakery and caffe bars withing 10 minutes walk. Beautiful colonial style hotel! Love it!

Gorgeous hotel in the heart of Xela! Would recommend to anyone. Meals were delicious. Rooms were comfortable and quiet. Staff was very accommodating.

Lindo hotel y bien localizado

El cuarto muy agradable, buenas camas, buena ducha, limpio. El bar confortable y con buenas bebidas. La comida también está muy bien. El hotel se encuentra a pocas cuadras del parque central.
