Great staff and bakery/coffee shop in the lobby. Quiet area with easy access to train system.
Modern Designer interior including art and objects. Bath and toilet separate. Clam and quiet despite a room in the ground floor.
Loved staying in this neighborhood for our time in Tokyo. We were visiting Japan on our honeymoon. The hotel was clean, nicely decorated, and the room size was quite large. I loved that we were on the main floor and the hotel is connected to a bakery so you could faintly smell the pastries being baked in the morning. We enjoyed coffee and tea from Ordy bakery both mornings. Staff was really kind and helpful. They also stored our bags for a few hours after checkout. Would definitely stay again and will recommend to our friends in Canada!
Amazing hotel + bakery!
near the train station
Good
Clean and good location. Near train station
Rooms were excellent with a wonderful layout, they were classy but economical and well appointed with great amenities. Beds were comfortable. The cafe connected was quite expensive with coffee at around 800Yen but it was nice to have that breakfast option. The front desk staff was not able to help in foreign languages so that made some things more challenging. Coffee in room was not replenished either which was disappointing as we stayed 5 days with 5 people in the room and only got 5 packages of coffee. That coffee was tasty though!
Spacious and friendly
Great hotel. Clean. Really helpful staff. Highly recommended.
We liked the bakery on the first floor but the fact that they would bring in locals made for breakfast time a little stressful trying to find a seat. There were a few times where the bed sheets were sour with mildew and that was definitely the lowlight. The general orientation and features of the room were a little impractical, but service was nice.
The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was clean and tidy. The bakery by the front desk very convenient and delicious pastries and breads.
The rooms are very spacious and nice but unfortunately the mattresses are very firm. Bathrooms are newly constructed and have great features. Cons; the cafe gets very packed by outside customers and there is very little to no space for hotel guests to enjoy the space. Also the cafe menu is extremely limited they have a variety of pastries but only 2 actual cooked to order dishes available. We tried both and would not re order. The coffee and tea is okay and the pastries we tried were good. The check in desk is basically the cafe counter so it’s very uncomfortable to come in to a full cafe with all your luggage tired and trying to check in, there is no place for you or your family to sit and wait while you check in. It feels very claustrophobic and crowded. Getting into the city was simple but did require a train transfer or two. There is two family marts across the street which is very convenient and a small playground down the street and a few dining options nearby.
The hotel and bakery were awesome.
It’s a very residential area away from the hustle and bustle of the popular Tokyo shopping areas. If you only have a couple days in Tokyo, you’d probably want to stay closer/walking distance to either Shibuya or Shinjuku.
So clean
Traveled for first time with family from the US to Japan. Stayed at Hotel Vintage Meguro Fudomae for 8 days. We reserved the Comfort Quadruple Room, the room was very comfortable and large compared to others in Tokyo, I loved the shower and bath combo. Location was absolutely perfect, you are one bus drive away from Shibuya and one train away to Tokyo Emperial Palace, and less than a mile away from Nakameguro which is a very trendy area with Starbucks Reserve, parks, shrines, museum and many food options too! McDonalds is also about 2 blocks away. We also ate downstairs at Ordy Cafe, the coffee and pastries were delicious, salad and cauliflower soup were good too! We absolutely loved our stay here. The one thing I didn't like, was that they accessed our room daily while we were out for various reasons, one day for trash, then for towels, then for cleaning, They only clean room every 3rd day. Which was fine with us. Overall we enjoyed and loved our stay and would definitely stay here again. Staff is not English proficient but they try very hard to accommodate you and be helpful. ♥♥♥ Thank you for all for a lovely stay!
部屋の中は広くてセンスよく、大変居心地の良い時間でした。また利用したいです。
The property was nice, the staff was friendly, the area was nice, and the bakery connected to the hotel is amazing. Definitely would recommend staying here.
Clean room, great bathroom, scenic area around the hotel, 5 minute walk from the station, and across the street from a Familymart
Staff are nice and friendly
