Rivana Hotel

This is a nice hotel with very responsive, friendly and helpful staff. People working at the reception and in the restaurant are very nice and ready to help. The room is spacious enough and clean, the towels and the bedding are clean and regularly changed. The air conditioning and the hair dryer work well. The bathroom is convenient (just a few more hooks to hang stuff would be good to have), the food for breakfast is varied. The water and tea/coffee are always in supply in the room. It is convenient to travel around by Yandex taxi, it is cheap and fast. They are building a road for public transport, so soon buses are going to be available there too. The hotel itself is very quiet but there is some noise coming from outside because something is working there but I couldn’t identify the source. Nevertheless, I think I would stay in the same hotel on my next visit to Tashkent.

家族2名で2泊宿泊しました。ホテルは新しく部屋も清潔で不満はありませんでした。ただ一つ、2泊目の夜にホテルに戻ったところ、バスローブはベットの上に置かれたまま、家族が使ったバスタオルとフェイスタオルはハンガーにかけられたまま交換されていませんでした。予備も置かれていません。私が使ったバスタオルは洗面台の上に置いていたのですがなくなっていて、交換されていると思って安心して棚のバスタオルを使ったところ、湿ってました。交換せずにそのまま畳んで棚に置かれたようです。こんな湿ったバスタオルを手にしたことはなかったので、1日目に使用しなかったフェイスタオルを使いました。部屋が多少古くてもタオル類が綺麗な方が良いと思うので、次は泊まらないでおこうと思いました。

The air conditioner system was not cooling at all so it was difficult to sleep in tashkent hot summer days. I asked the staff to get it fixed and they ignored my request and did not fix it. Breakfast had no vegetarian options so just had to eat olives and tomatoes. This hotel does not justifies the price it takes from travelers. The hotel is lovated quiete far from all the main locations of tashkent.

Rude receptionist that works there during the day. I arrived there at 10.40am after 12 hours flight for one night stay until my next flight at 5am the next day. I was only planning to stay there for less than 14 hours. Receptionist told me that he would change me 50% of the stay for an early check in and then gave a discount to 25%. I travel a lot and I never had a situation like that. He said that the room is not ready but if I pay apparently the room will be magically ready. He completely disregarded that I was there with my 5 months old baby who was also tired after a long flight and we only wanted to sleep before our next early morning flight.
Also, there was no hot water to take a shower, the water was barely warm.
And lastly, anyone who wants to use pool or sauna would need to get outside of the hotel and walk on the street to get there.

5 stars for employees and efforts they gave to provide service. My in room air conditioner was not working properly, but they brought a portable air-conditioner to accommodate me. Thank you

I stayed at this hotel with a friend and had a wonderful experience. The check-in was smooth, and the reception staff were exceptionally friendly and supportive. Special thanks to Jalolidin, who went above and beyond to help resolve a booking issue by coordinating with Expedia customer care. The breakfast was delicious, and we enjoyed the Turkish hamam. The location is very convenient, and the staff were always ready to assist—whether it was ordering local food after our late check-in, arranging transportation, or helping me place an order at a nearby clothing store. Everything was great!

前日に突然予約をしたホテルだが、空港へはタクシーで5分以内で最高の立地。早朝出発に絶対お薦めします。レセプション、ベルボーイも感じが良い。部屋が最高に快適。落ちついた木目の家具。安眠できる質の良い寝具。日本人にとって不可欠な水回りの満足。シャワー水量、温度ともに満足。シャワーには完全ドアパーテーションがあるので水が飛びにくい。シャワーの床には軽く勾配をつけてあるので排水状況も良い。
とても満足な滞在でした。
