Hotel from outside doesn’t do it justice as is amazing inside. Very modern and plush.

Room Positives - very modern, had all the mod cons (iron, ironing board, safe and tower fan) decorate really well and furniture etc very nice. Had a coffee machine with pods for coffee lovers.

Room Negatives - room way too small - struggled with the bathroom and shower being small too. Room also very hot so made use of the tower fan.

Restaurant evening - food was exceptional and definitely recommend. Great atmosphere too.

Breakfast - made to order so very fresh and enjoyed it very much.

Parking - lots of parking at the hotel.

Overall will definitely be coming again however will ask not to be in the room we had again.

Thank you for a lovely stay at the hotel, staff were friendly and one lady went out of her way for me in the morning due to a little emergency I had. Absolutely coming back again.

Rally nice hotel, had a great stay here recently for a work trip. Lovely bar and lounge area, great restaurant and very comfy, well appointed rooms too.

Lovely staff, amazing their kindness towards dogs staying and how clean it is.. The cleaner on Sunday morning, very hard working and considered the dogs when using the vacuum cleaner and asked me if it was ok. Lovely place, definitely visit again

Breakfast was ok, but I don't really care for streaky bacon, but I get the overall picture as to why that is used and not back bacon.I wasn't super impressed with the thinness of the black pudding either. But overall it was lovely

This is a very popular and recently renovated hotel. The restaurant can be extremely busy, but no problem in booking as a resident. Quite an extensive menu and good range of drinks - not surprising as part of a small pub company.

Food was great, room was clean, bed very comfortable

Lovely hotel, really clean. Staff at reception were super helpful and even made sure we could get dinner although we checked in just after service stopped. Breakfast was delicious, freshly cooked to order.
Dinner was really tasty and good prices. Would 100% recommend to anyone

We decided to stop off at Telford during our move from one side of the country to the other. We are so glad we stumbled upon The Sutherland on Expedia. The experience from check-in to check-out was flawless. Breakfast was absolutely delicious too!

Great room, nice food, very friendly staff, missed breakfast so can’t comment on that, spent most of the night mastutbating in my room.

The property has been developed to a good standard. Had to wait a very long time for simple item to be delivered to breakfast table. It was toast. The head of service was really good
