Services during breakfast was very low. Staff should be well planned when they see lot of customers in hotel. Overall it was few people serving lot of people and everything was short. Overall breakfast experience was not good.

Everything was perfect except room sound proof.

Great airport hotel with a very spacious room!

Nice Motel but they gave us a dirty room at arrival.

Room and staff were adequate. No housekeeping whatsoever.

Shuttle only runs certain hours but hotel does provide taxi if service needed! Hotel is brand new, clean, spacious. Staff super friendly.

Overall, a great stay at Hyatt House Mississauga. The area felt safe, parking was easy, and the pool was nice (a hot tub would make it even better!). Staff were generally friendly, though communication could be improved, I requested extra towels and a pillow, and only the towels arrived. Still, the room was clean and comfortable, and I’d stay here again.

Clean and modern rooms. Walkable eating options. Very good breakfast. Excellent transportaion options.

We arrived late from our flight. Everything was perfect. Easy. Perfect place to rest before heading north.

Hotel was fine but fire alarm in only our room woke us up at around 7:30 am.

This hotel is ok. Nothing spectacular and the staff are nice enough but don’t really go above and beyond. We had a giant bug in our room upon arrival and I’m not sure they sent someone up after we told the front desk and left for a few hours. The a/c vent was incredibly loud and made squealing noises all night so it was hard to sleep. I’d say it was average at best but I suppose that is reflected in the price. When you turn the TV on it advertises a free breakfast buffet but they told us it would be an additional charge, so that’s something to keep in mind as well. I probably wouldn’t choose this hotel again because I’ve stayed in better for the same price point.

Our family stayed for one night for my daughter's birthday. Front desk staff was courteous and checked us in without any issues. Our room was nice and clean, with a nice sitting area perfect for lounging, reading or working. Parking is free, which is always a plus. I love that Hyatt partners with the Headspace app to share travel tips; those episodes are part of their TV guide and are helpful to all travellers. The hotel also has a shallow pool that meets accessibility standards. My only issue was the person at the bar downstairs who seemed a little scattered and who I had to flag down more than once just to get my order taken and bring me my bill. But all in all, it was a pleasant experience.

This hotel is fantastic.

Very nicely surpised at this hotel. It looked brand new. Everything was in excellent condition. Room was a great size and the extra couch was so nice. The lobby had so much seating. We loved the pool, just wished that the water was a litrle warmer.

Everything is good except laundry detergen at the facility, we have to go out to buy for it. They run out off the laundry detergen. It's not convenient
