Pros:

Good location - next to a very popular mall and two subway lines. Staff answering questions promptly. Very spacious. Clean beds. Beautiful view of the Oriental Pearl Tower. Friendly front desk of the building. The apartment itself (flooring, walls, cabinets) is older that what it shows on the picture, and there was an old stain on the sofa and mold on the chopsticks in the dishwasher.
