Pros:

サンセットタウンに近く、キスブリッジのショーや花火を楽しみやすいです！
坂の上にあるので徒歩で出かけるのは難しいですが、Grabタクシーも迎えに来てくれるので問題ないです！
付近のレストランは観光地価格の所が多そうであったため、もっと南部の地元の方が集まるレストランへ行くこともお勧めします。
ここのスタッフの対応は総じて良いです。英語はあまり通じませんでしたが、翻訳機があれば十分です！

Beautiful room. Full view of the bridge, thus the nightly fireworks is awesome. Will definitely stay again next time in Phú Quốc. Highly recommend.

The accommodation is in great location with walking distance to the kiss bridge and the night market The room is very clean and tidy. The rooftop swimming pool offers great views of the whole sunset town as well as the fireworks every night. The location is convenient for booking local tours to the south island as well as island hopping tour and snorkeling and other activities.
Thanks for great customer service during our 3 nights stay. We will definitely stay here again in the future.

The place is perfect! It’s very new and very comfortable! A big thanks for Jay as he was great from the check in to the check out. The building also has a pool and gym which is a plus! The location at Sunset Town is also great! 10 out of 10!

Stayed at Sole Casa for a short holiday and it was exactly what I was looking for — peaceful, clean, and super convenient. The apartment felt fresh and well-designed, with lots of natural light. I loved having a kitchen and washing machine, especially since I like doing light cooking when I travel.

The location is a big plus. It’s in a quieter part of town but still close enough to walk to Sunset Town and the beach.

One of the highlights was being able to watch the fireworks at night right from my balcony. Around 8:30 PM, I was just relaxing and suddenly the sky lit up over Sunset Town — I had a perfect front-row view without needing to go anywhere. That moment really made the stay feel special.

The team at Sole Casa were friendly and helpful. There’s a check-in office on-site and they made sure I was settled in properly. I also appreciated the cleaning service every two days — it kept the place tidy without being intrusive.

Overall, it felt more like staying in a cozy home than a hotel — and I mean that in the best way.
