Room not clean room floor and shower floor and bed sheets dirty few ants in the bed room smell like mildew it suck case is nice remodel

The window sills are disgustingly. Seems like a flop house. The only good thing was the lady at the desk. She was wonderful.

Everything was good, except the pool was really dirty and that was the whole point we book a hotel

When we arrived the first room we were given was dirty the sheets were dirty and had blood on then. We were given a new room those sheets were dirty and had blood on them. I had them change the sheets. There were dead bugs all over the floor. And the toilet stopped working. And smelled bad. The 3rd room we moved to was at least clean. Sad to have to include that as a plus.

There were ants in the bed, the blankets were dirty, there was no cold water only hot water and it was a huge inconvenience for my daughter and I to bathe. There were cockroaches in the food area and flies...it was a very bad experience😖

Place was amazing, I was for sure surprised with the place and the room. I wasn’t expecting much but it exceeded my expectations. Front desk workers were very nice, will be back!

Had tons of red ants in the room though was later cleared up by maintenance. Breakfast wasn’t refilled despite time wasn’t over.

His place is very close to the freeway so you definitely hear traffic noise. Some of the rooms have been redone and look pretty good! Bummer they did not use quality installers as you can tell just the sloppy work. When we tried to open the curtains the whole thing fell down. The rod did not fall off, just someone had broken the end piece or it was never attached correct and so the curtains just all slid off the rod. Just small things like that.
The pool was so very nice to have after a long hot day. If your staying bc your child is at lackland it is very close which is nice since you need to be there very early!
The customer service is very good, they are accommodating and very friendly! I would definitely stay again if I needed to be at the AFB!

ABSOLUTELY NOT! If you are looking for homeless people and drug addicts to be sitting in front of the door this is the place for you. Also the tv didn’t work in our room and the ac was not cutting it.

This property was a complete disappointment. When I arrived, I saw people openly using contraband in the parking lot. The pool was so green and nothing like the photos advertised. I decided not to stay and immediately left. I requested a refund since the property did not match what was shown online, but was denied. Save yourself the trouble and stay far away from this place.
