Pros:

We spent 2 nights at this lovely hotel in the family suite which was very clean, spacious and with lots of amenities including a welcome fruit plate and bellhop. The decor was exactly as seen in the photos. The staff were all very kind and despite limited English they all did what they could to assist us. The manager Hannah went above and beyond and was extremely professional and kind, giving us helpful advice and assistance at every opportunity. They provide a free shuttle service in the morning to take you to the nearest tube station and also one to and from the airport if you let them know in advance. Overall an amazing place to stay at, and we wished we could have stayed longer. Thank you Hannah and all the staff for ensuring we had a great stay!

Pros:

The property does not exist. The address provided took us to a government building. The officer tried to help: contact number did not work, hotel did not show up anywhere on their directory. Got to Shanghai at 10pm and we spend good 4 hours trying to find alternate places. Awful
